They put an overlock on my unit after a week late. I've contacted them numerous times through email and talking to them on the phone and they continue telling me that there's going to be somebody coming out there to unlock it but it's been 4 weeks since I paid for 2 months of rent and they still have not taken it off. This place is a freaking joke I would NEVER EVER recommend KO Storage.
