First off, the convenience of being able to stay at your house or wherever you are and have him come to you is a godsend! He was extremely punctual and responsive, with such a positive demeanor! He was awesome with communication and so very easy and pleasant to work with. Secondly, the pricing is IMMACULATE and so affordable, especially for the quality of service you're getting! I feel like so many companies and businesses charge an arm and a leg as the industry standard, but I received the Ultimate Package (5 hour service) and it didn't cost a fortune! Wow! Thirdly, the SERVICE WAS PRISTINE!! My car was FULL of dirt and water damage from my siblings and just natural wear and tear from being 8 years old with light brown cloth seats that were IMPOSSIBLE to clean and maintain, so I had just given up all hope. Additionally, with the headache of having cloth seats and as it aged, I noticed this year, it started to have a pungent old unwashed laundry smell despite be doing my best to keep it clean after every drive; I'm very particular, so there was only so much of that I could take for months before I knew it was time to look into detailing. But I knew if I went to my "run-of-the-mill" car wash place, I'd be paying so much to only cover a fraction of what my car needed and not nearly as deep of a clean. Well hours later, color me BEYOND IMPRESSED!!! My car looks even better than it did leaving the Honda Dealership Parking Lot! It looks UNRECOGNIZABLE in the most absolute MAGNIFICENT of ways. It smells of fresh laundry, with no dirt or weird smells in sight!! He was able to clear EVERY SINGLE nook and cranny PERFECTLY!! My cloth interior that had 8 years of water damage, dirt spots, and stains that absolutely NO ONE could possibly get out, is brand new!!! I would have thought it was a miracle, had I not worked with him!! Truly ASTONISHING!! I CANNOT WAIT TO DRIVE IT AGAIN!!!! I will proudly be a loyal customer to Alex's business and will be recommending him to literally ANYONE else in need of car detailing! I already told my mom she has to use his services as well! One of the 4 posters snapped on the foot board about 1/3 of the way up and then again at the top, as well as having small pieces splinter off, so you could see into the unstained wood. John gave us a reasonable estimate, completed the work diligently, and took care of moving the footboard in and out. He even helped us set up temporarily bracing for the bed while the footboard was being repaired. When we got our footboard back, I was SHOCKED at how good it looked. I had low expectations because of the severity of the breaks and splintered pieces, not because of John's ability. IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS NEVER DAMAGED AND YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW! The stain is well-matched, holes are filled in, and we had to even get down and stare for a couple seconds to find where the wood originally snapped. My grandparents gave us this bed, so I was devastated when it broke, but now I'm so happy to have it fixed!
