First the glass came in broke. Next the glass was too thick, the next week they were going too personally pick up the glass and fix it. The next was we have it and will be fixing it in an hour or so, but will call when done. Again I never received a call so the next day I called and they couldn't find the glass. I decided to pick it up and take it some place else. When I went to pick it up, it was never touched the broken glass was still in it.

He was extremely accommodating to my busy work schedule and even came to my house for the repair on a Saturday morning. He quickly went to work and filled in the chip. He took his time and made sure that the repair was as perfect as can be. The result was excellent and it's barely noticeable. My insurance company contacted them and gave them a reference number for billing purposes. I called and set up an appointment. They called and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived at the facility it was clean, organized and professionally ran. I needed a new Pike Pass for toll roads, they were able to issue a new pike pass and install the pass. I can not say enough about this organization. If I need glass in the future, I will go back to them in a heartbeat.
