At 3pm I called to say I had an URGENT need of my car and would need to pick it up.I was told the door panel was being done at that very moment, So I said finish that but skip the other things I mentioned that was just control panel lights and I would be in to WAIT for the car to be finished. A half hour later I arrived to wait for the car and when I walked in the gal said "what are you doing here, the car is not finished' I said I was just there to wait for it to be finished. The mechanic came in and said the fix would not last more than a week because I caused him to not let the epoxy dry long enough. I did wait 3 days after that before using the door to let it dry but still just as he said it didn't last more than 3 days despite letting it dry 3 days first The very bad part is when I left the shop my car died twice in 4 blocks home and acted like it had something put in the gas tank. A week later the car is still dying constantly. It was running great when I took it in. the problem with the dying was immediately after leaving their auto shop. It has never died before and ran great. I had an urgent reason for needing my car after it being in the shop 5 hours. I still don't understand their hostility to me nor why the fix didn't work nor why my car now dies constantly. never had such a horrible experience in any other auto shop through many decades of having car repairs. I am out the money, door panel is still a problem and now my car needs to have another auto shop repair for the very sudden problem that developed while in their shop.

I researched and found Maxell's. Tabatha at the front desk drove me back home and kept me informed as to what was going on then picked me up when the car was ready. The invoice was detailed down to a .25 cent charge. When they told me the part that needed to be replaced I looked it up on the internet just to have a reference point. Maxwell's billing was consistent with what they billed me. They even vacuumed the carpet. I was happy with everything and will now consider them to be my new mechanic.

After looking at our trailer they told us we just needed to patch the tire. I was going to replace two of the tires and they said they had the tires in stock. When the mechanic looked he said he wouldn't advise using the 12 ply and suggested getting 14 ply. They didn't have them in stock. Instead of trying to make a sale they looked out for our safety first. We frequent the area for rodeos. We will be sure to recommend them to others. Honest and respectful.

The first time I left my vehicle overnight so they could "start on it first thing the next morning" and was promised it would be done the following afternoon by close. When I stopped by just before close to pick it up, they had my vehicle torn apart and told me they had just started it 30 min prior to my arrival. I wound up going two more days without a vehicle, after which they still made me pay full price.They also put one of the pieces in wrong which caused me to have to replace the piece again 2 months later. Recently I went to get an inspection and was told by the lady behind the counter they could get me in, in an hour. I left and then returned an hour later. After setting 2 more hours I was finally given an inspection 3 hours after being told it would be one. This place was awesome when I was a kid, but I will never do business here again because of what this place has become.
