He was able to give an estimate of the repair after an exchange of text messages and sending him photos of my windshield rock chip. He was extremely accommodating to my busy work schedule and even came to my house for the repair on a Saturday morning. He quickly went to work and filled in the chip. He took his time and made sure that the repair was as perfect as can be. The result was excellent and it's barely noticeable. Now I don't have to worry about the chip turning into a big crack and having to replace the whole windshield. I highly recommend his services, and will refer my family and friends.

After contacting several rivals in the area, his more than reasonable price and quick replacement gave us a hands down decision, as the competitions were charging almost twice as much and only had openings weeks ahead. My only regret is that I wasn't able to extend a gratuity for the all around work done. Thank you to GR Auto glass and their staff!

They do not stand behind their word. I was a loyal customer and over the last few years I purchased 3 trucks from them. The Most recent was a 2018 f150. 10 days after I purchased the truck the transmission went out. This is no falt to them. I did purchase a extended warranty that covered the repair. After being in the shop for almost 2 months I finally got my truck back. I drove it around for about a week everything seemed fine So I hooked up my travel trailer and took off on vacation made to almost Dallas from Missouri and that transmission blew a seal and lost all the fluid. This left me broke down on the Hwy. The fluid covered my travel trailer costing me Almost 500 dollars to get it cleaned a hotel cost me 125 bucks while waiting on a friend to come tow my truck back to the dealership this was another 200 in fuel Robby From the dealership said he would take care of that but never did. Then the timming components went out and needed to be replace my warranty paid for this repair also. While they were doing the repairs ii asked them to install new spark plugs. Everything seemed fine then a week later I got a check engine light that was a miss fire. I went a local shop and found out they did not replace the spark plugs there were 3 different brands of plugs in the truck, so I was out the expense of replacing the plugs that they said they did. No this week I have found an oil leak on the valve covers from when the timing components were replaced. I call the dealership explaned what i found. The service department advised me that it would be cover under warranty because of the prior work preformed. So off the the dealership 2 hrs away I go and drop off my truck. 5 hours later I get a call saying they would not cover the oil leak because it has been over 12k miles so another 4 hours of driving to go get my truck. Waisted 8 hours of my time for my truck not to get fixed..... I am done and want everyone to know how this dealership operates

I was quoted a certain price to fix my car window (parts and labor included), then when I went to…read morepay, the price had jumped $35. The receipt was not itemized and they could not explain the price increase. Also, they were VERY RUDE and hateful. The messed up my door (it would not open or close properly) and they said it wasn't their fault and said "You can just get in your car and go". After I got home and looked at the door, they had re-installed the panel to my door incorrectly and had drilled holes and placed screws in incorrect places instead of replacing the parts they BROKE OFF my panel. They refused to fix my door. Also, I had fabric falling off the front door panel (not a door they were to even touch, I didn't mind the fabric falling off and didn't ask them to do anything about it). They sprayed glue ALL OVER the inside of my door and didn't bother to clean any of it up. (and the fabric wasn't even glued up! It was falling back down!) They completely ruined 2 of my door panels and won't fix any of them! I am DISGUSTED!
