Then when I reached out to them when problems started no one ever responded. I've had my system since 2019. I've head to pay a few thousand in repairs since then. This was paid to other companies as True Rain wouldn't stand by their work. I would have even paid them for repairs if they would just do them. I would say I would never contact them again but I tried and no one was home.

We ended up purchasing window shades for the remaining five rooms in our house, and they are so great! Amy is a pleasure to work with - responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The installer was also great (drawing a blank in his name), he was communicative and did a really great job installing them. The shades are great products and are already helping our home's temperatures in this intense summer heat. Highly recommend contacting Amy with Van Gogh!

I see a majority of 5 star and high reviews but must say my experience was quite different. Dustin…read morecame by my condo and came across as a forthright and reputable guy. He measured my unit for some water damage to my wood floors and shook hands that he would would be available to do the work during the 2nd-3rd week of January. I began texting him to confirm the dates to do the work early in January. After a week plus of texting him...I texted him again and ask if/why he was ghosting me. He eventually replied that he was no longer available. I counted on Dustin and shook his hand in good faith. I had to search and find another credible flooring company (4 week lead time to do the work) to do the repair. It was very disappointing...my floors were exposed (and still are today) and my special needs child is/has been in danger crawling on the floors for much longer than was necessary. You might want to think twice before working with Dustin Cross and Cross Flooring. If he can ghost you in a minute (knowing you are in a difficult situation with a special needs child) after committing to do the work and without a care...what else is he capable of?

I had same-day pricing via email that night and they installed the flooring in 1 day with a crew of 10+ people. They also let me split the project up because I had contractors in doing bedroom remodels, so they laid flooring 1 day and came back 1 month later to sand, stain and finish them! A+++ - Call Dustin, you will not regret it, they have 3 trucks, they are honest and affordable.
