It upset me, and realizing it is not a good mood to continue the conversation, I asked for it to stop and be continued another time. The employee continued speaking to me without ANY acknowledgment of issue in question, continuously aggravating me before my driving class. I even mentioned I do not wish to be in a bad mood when driving as it is dangerous. To top it off, the owner called me and without any questions or trying to hear my side of story, proceeded gaslighting me and blaming me, giving me a lecture about how I was wrong. I never met this man and he was not there during the incident. Overall a horrible experience, which is unfortunate, as I did not have any other issues with other employees, the instructors. They were very polite, helpful and professional. It is clear that the problem stems from the owner and the management as they simply do not know how to speak to a client in a difficult situation and instead wish to upset the client even more.

This is an amazing, amazing school although the business students couldn't keep a bar afloat in a university ghetto (it is now the St-Hubert on Cote-des-Neiges). Fantastic library and the place teaches EVERYTHING. Plus it's loaded with history; my graduation for my master's degree was in the same rotunda out of which Pierre Elliott Trudeau graduated. He probably spent three long and painful hours of convocation staring at the same rather abstract crucifix. But the beautiful Art Deco library tower against a brilliant cerulean winter sky will always be in my memory.

The tables are large, in case you want to study or work. I ordered several cookies and a cold brew. The cookies were amazing, I shared them between some friends and no crumbs were left alive. Came with little croutons and bread. We also got a piece of banana, coffee, and peanut butter cake. Pretty good for a vegan cake. It wasn't dry and the peanut butter icing was just sweet enough. I had a cold mochaccino with coconut milk and it was ok, I really don't like coffee that much though so maybe that's why I didn't love it. I thought it was bitter still even though there was only a bit of coffee in it. I needed a bit of caffeine to kick start my Sunday and that's why I got it. What I really like about this cafe is that they offer pottery classes in the building over. We could see the class while we ate, it looked fun! They also sell the creations of some of their Montreal artists in store. Service is also very nice and they are very friendly when answering questions about the menu.

Essentially, go to the course if you have covid because the CEO himself cares more about his profits than your loyalty. I explained that it's quite literally impossible for someone to know 24 hours in advance that they'll get COVID, that doesn't seem to matter. He said something along the lines of: "well maybe if it's emotionally or psychologically easier for you to accept-" excuse me?! That's how you talk to a customer? Absolutely pathetic, stay away from them and go directly to the Red Cross for your course. Oh and if you feel like being mansplained, he'll gladly help with that. I feel bad for the poor employees who work there who must get humiliated and likely fired when asking for a day off, getting COVID or having someone die in the family. This is definitely one of the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Booked an…read moreappointment yesterday paid over the phone. When I arrived in person, they said no appointment was booked and the receptionist kept on taking calls while we were having a conversation. Instead of putting the person on the line on hold, as any respectable business would do; she had a full on conversation and kept me waiting. She then finally offered for me to wait an hour for another session or to book it at a later time. Unfortunately her solution was no good to me as I was unavailable for a different time frame. She couldn't care less and hide her frustration. She refused a refund even thought I wasn't getting the service I paid for. Finally she agreed made an error on the refund of course. 2 hours later, I get a call from the owner of the school thinking they were calling to apologize about the matter and perhaps convince me to book another appointment. Well to my surprise she accused me of asking for a refund and still taking a course. When I told her that I did not stay for another appointment she said that her teacher confirmed her that I did take the class. I confronted her about my issue saying that I was glad to have gotten a refund since they are so unorganized and instead of being humble and apologized she went full on defensive saying that they had just changed their system and that this type of error rarely happens tho I am the second unfortunate customer. Please know that it is your responsibility as a business to make sure that your tools are working. If not you should at least have a backup to make sure that you dont leave your PAYING customer to figure out a resolution within their means to correct YOUR mistake. I am very disappointed because this place came highly recommended but truly their customer service needs to be worked on as there was another customer that was given contradictory information and was now left with no solution as well. Think twice before you book with them.
