We live in MN and after packing up our suv at the Omaha hotel to head back home, somehow the auto start push button was stuck pressed down. This hero answered my phone call, while out running errands and said he'd swing on by. He not only very quickly and inexpensively dismantled it in a hotel parking lot he made it so we were able to drive the 6+ hours home without a worry. Be very cautious…read more The townhouse is beautifully designed and in an ideal fun location, but the unit was placed on the market before construction was complete. What was supposed to be a simple 15-day close ultimately took nearly 60 days due to numerous unresolved deficiencies and quality issues. Project management was extremely poor and, at times, effectively nonexistent. Many issues that should have been addressed prior to listing were discovered only after entering escrow, resulting in delays and added costs. After the sale, warranty support was inadequate (I would say they did not honor a warranty). Legitimate warranty claims were disputed, and in some cases false accusations were made without the project team even coming out to inspect the issues. Contractual deadlines for completing outstanding work were missed by a wide margin with lots of disruptions. If you choose to work with MWC, I strongly recommend closely vetting the project manager and ensuring you have a rock-solid contract that clearly defines quality standards, accountability, and firm completion timelines.

We had done the normal cleaning for the unit as you find on the internet. The answer we got for $125 is that we needed to buy some cleaner from Dollar Tree and it should clear it up. We will leave ticket open so we called home repair company to have them comeback out. We did not due proper cleaning. My be his side catering is much better. He uses the same cleaner on his dishwasher to degrease it.
