Great communication, on-time service, friendly and professional. Of particular note, Tyler was superb to work with. He responded right away to all of my text messages prior to the job and he showed up on time. Tyler was very transparent about all of the costs associated with the job and the exact process for completing the work. He stopped frequently during the job to show me before and after pictures of how the ductwork was being cleaned. I highly recommend hiring this company for the thorough work that they do, the cost, and the professional service.

On a referral from Earl Snider with Snider Construction, I recently called Service Master…read moreRestoration Service out to take a look at a water leak for a home buyer I represented. Literally a few hours after we closed the deal, the home buyer noticed the leak coming from an exterior soffit underneath the kitchen sink and dishwasher. The seller had replaced the dishwasher but his nephew failed to secure the water line connection. The connection had been slowly leaking for several weeks where no one was able to detect it. Jeremy with Service Master arrived several minutes early for the appointment, quickly identified the issue and had answers for the buyer and I in a matter of 15-20 minutes. He tested moisture levels in the areas where the leak had run from the dishwasher to the exterior of the home and informed us of safe vs potentially harmful moisture levels in regards to potential mold growth in different building materials. He then gave us advice on how to address borderline levels and what to do if the issue comes back and/or gets worse. The best part of this whole experience is that it didn't cost my client a dime! Service Masters came out and did this all for free, and gave excellent customer service the whole way through. I will definitely call on them again in the future when issues like this arise!

Be very cautious…read more The townhouse is beautifully designed and in an ideal fun location, but the unit was placed on the market before construction was complete. What was supposed to be a simple 15-day close ultimately took nearly 60 days due to numerous unresolved deficiencies and quality issues. Project management was extremely poor and, at times, effectively nonexistent. Many issues that should have been addressed prior to listing were discovered only after entering escrow, resulting in delays and added costs. After the sale, warranty support was inadequate (I would say they did not honor a warranty). Legitimate warranty claims were disputed, and in some cases false accusations were made without the project team even coming out to inspect the issues. Contractual deadlines for completing outstanding work were missed by a wide margin with lots of disruptions. If you choose to work with MWC, I strongly recommend closely vetting the project manager and ensuring you have a rock-solid contract that clearly defines quality standards, accountability, and firm completion timelines.
