They were able to not only capture but also piece together all the important moments of the day so perfectly, with the best selection in music to fit the scenes and us. Out of every vendor we worked with, they were hands down our favorite. They didn't just film events--they captured the essence of each one. Every meaningful moment, subtle detail, and raw emotion in the room was thoughtfully documented and then woven together through beautifully intentional editing. The pacing, storytelling, and music choices were flawless, and each video feels distinct while still connected to the larger story of our weekend. The five videos they created for us are truly a testament to their talent and care for their craft. We worked with top-tier vendors and venues in Houston, and Leap Productions stood out at the highest level. The only good thing I can say is he showed up 20 minutes early. Showed up in shorts and a t-shirts. Equipment broke down in 30 minutes. Backup equipment was obsolete and still used old tape system. Blamed us for not telling him what to wear to a hotel event. Wanted to charge extra for 24-48 hour video delivery of unedited content. Biggest nightmare ever had to buy the videographer pants, collar shirt, and belt just too look professional. His camera and equipment were not well taken care off. Memory cards, cable etc were stored in food containers. The cameras were stored in plastic shopping bags. Memory cards could only hold 30 minutes of footage 16 GB cards. He knew footage would be lost when memory ran out before even showing up or starting to record. Everything that we can think of was bad quality including his attitude. Stay far away from this business. He even threaten us to call our client if we continued to ask for a refund.
