The format of the DVD's the Phillips created are in an unreadable format that no pc dvd player or conversion s/w on the web I could find could get them to play. Therefore, paid International Video Tape Copy to find a way to do the conversion. It was tough they said. And a few were so bad I had to give them the original camcorder taped. In the end they converted them all to a readable format on memory drives. Job well done and they would checked in with me often giving updates on their progress to completion.
