She then turned on the lights and looked at us and said is it all 3 of you? And we answered no, just two today. Then she said, both at 10am? And we answered, no back to back appointments beginning at 10. Then she said, who is first? And we said, my niece. And the employee said to us, does she really need a pedicure? And that's when we decided to go somewhere else. It was clear to us that she didn't want to give us pedicures. We felt like we were begging for them. When we left and said thanks anyway, she said, "why?"

Cindy also fixed an ingrown nail that even the podiatrist could not fix a few month ago. I also like that they don't do acrylic nails in the salon because the smell of the chemicals always gives me a headache. They have fantastic massage chairs too. I wish I had one at home. They usually try to rush me in and out as quick as possible, then they always try to upsell me. Whenever I ask for regular polish, they want me to do gel.. When I ask for gel, they try to talk me into dip. It's very frustrating that I have to "fight for myself" at the nail salon when I am asking for what I want. The past few times, my nails have came out with messy edges and bumpy texture instead of smooth. This time, I asked for a gel removal and regular polish. She rushed me to a chair and didn't let me pick a color from the wall. I showed her a picture of a color I wanted so she "found something similar". I had to tell her no to the first option as it wasn't even the same color. She then removed my gel, and didn't even have me rinse my hands or wipe off the dust from the drill before she started painting. From the time I walked in, she had me under the dryer with my nails drying in under 10 minutes. It feels like if you say no to them, they try to rush you out because they're not making as much money. I am pretty understanding and typically don't make a big deal of my nails, but it's frustrating paying money for these services when I'm disappointed over and over.

My nail tech was kind, checking with me on length and exactly what I wanted before jumping in. They provided a moisturizing hand massage afterwards as well. I sincerely appreciated that Kevin focused on me and my nails to ensure a quality service. Areas of opportunity: the salon is kind of small so the fumes were pretty strong and the uv lamp looked like it could use a proper cleaning.

We went in for three pedicures and each one was absolutely amazing. They give you a complimentary drink of choice so we got mimosas!
