DEVON took care if me..he was patient, honest and really took the time to make sure I got what I needed..he listened.. he was not looking to sell me the most $$ vape, but something of good quality and ease of maintenance and use..took time to explain coils, nicotine, watts, etc..3 days no cigs!! #CustomerServiceCity These guys are great. They're very knowledgeable about the vape community and its' products and they will do just about anything for a customer. Currently, they mix can mix a vapor flavor for you which is great but will have to cease this due to law come 2017. If you have issues with any party of your e-cig they can take a look at it and troubleshoot it for you. One time I dropped my vaporizer off because I was having issues with it firing. After about two weeks I didn't receive a call regarding my vaporizer so I went in to check on it. Come to find out they had misplaced my vaporizer somehow, I was pretty upset. However, they totally outdid themselves! They replaced my exact vaporizer free of charge and took 50% off another vaporizer I was looking at. I was a very happy customer that day. Recently I went in and I had a 100ml vape mix that they had made me, but I did not like the way it tasted after taking it home and trying it out. I talked with (I think his name is Jason) and he said I could bring it in and he would mix another one for me as long as I bring it in within that week of purchase! #dope. (Btw, Jason is the best mixologist up there) Today I went in looking for another vaporizer, they recommended me two different types. I settled on one but it didn't have the exact color I wanted (you can change the color of the face plates on this type) but they threw in the color of face plates I wanted just because these guys are kick ass! I used to frequent Create-A-Cig while living in Austin and loved it there. When I moved to Waco and found this store I was ecstatic. This place will always get my business. Usually enjoy the experience at create a cig. But I recently drove 20 miles to create a cig to get coils. Only for them to completely waste my gas, time, and money by closing two hours early! And the FOUR staff members in the shop simply shrugged their shoulders with no explanation. read more

This place is a complete joke. Had them set me up with a starter kit which cost over $70. Helped me choose a flavor, RockStar, which was suppoaedly compatible with my plastic tank. Was told I would need to replace the wicks every week or so and they sold them there. Fine. Returned a week later and asked for wicks. Was told by chinstrap beard dude they did not sell them there. Huh? They told me they carried them when I made my original purchase. Went to another local shop and bought some. Returned again to replace mouthpiece, which had cracked in about a week. Chinstrap beard dude looked at my cig an recommended a mouthpiece which would fit. Went back in my car and mouthpiece did not fit. Returned once again because tank had cracked and wanted to upgrade to a glass tank. Was asked by chinstrap beard dude what flavor I put in it and told him it was the one they sold me with the original set, Was told by the genius that is why the tank probably cracked and the best Mr. Smarmy could do was take off 30%. This flavor was on their list of approved plastic tank flavors! They are the ones who set me up! I just walked out. I will not be giving them another penny. Lesson learned. That was the last I will be dealing with this incompetent place, even though it is near my employer. Went to another shop in town and received MUCH better and competent service. They even made sure everything fit and was included with my purchase before leaving the store. DO NOT deal with this place, they are completely clueless and rip you off! Horrible staff (owner excluded). I never feel welcome in there and the staff seems as if they would rather talk to their friends that are in there. Or sometimes their sitting on their asses and they look like they hate that they have to get up to help people. They are money oriented, so therefore everything is overpriced. They charged me TEN bucks to do a coil build on my RDA??? But I went to Cloud Chasers and the lady that owns it sat down with me and showed me step by step how to build my own coils for FREE. And what do ya know, the coil build is alot better than what the skinny blonde lady that works at create a cig did. If your in it for the money you need to find another job. Hands down, out of all the shops ive been to around Waco, Cloud Chasers has proven to be the best. Cheapest prices, cheap amazing quality juice, and above everything else, they have the BEST staff and they make me feel welcome and like im apart of their vape family! :) looks like I need to go write a review on cloud chasers now lol but yeah, screw create a cig and that a**hole blonde lady that works there and helps rip people off for sh***y coil builds. just the look on her face when I walk in alone makes me want to turn right around and never come back in there... read more

They are pretty well priced for the area and selection is huge. Customer service is very good as well. Probably our fave vape shop in town.

The girls working there have no idea what is going on, way over priced as well ( 30ML $16.99). No knowledge of anything you ask them. And the girls have their boyfriends sitting in there paying more attention to them rather than the customer. Don't waist the time or money at this place!! read more

3 weeks ago i would have rated this shop 5 stars, but now i think this will be the last place i will go to, i'd rather drive twice the distance to cloud chasers. So I bought the smoant s8 a little over 2 weeks ago, and i have not been able to purchase any coils for this vape. For a little over a year now i have spent $28~ per week at this place(100ml clearance juice for $20 and a coil usually around $5-6~ but tax ups it) Never had a problem with them not having a thing i was looking for(except the tfv16s) but now i buy my first salt nic vape and now i have issues. I have to say though that the staff has absolutely amazing customer service and are always willing to help people find what they need and they are pretty knowledgeable as well. I think the problem is with whoever is managing this place, idk if they have a warehouse or its shipped to them but either way whoever the manager/owner is needs to get their inventory and shipments updated. Months after the tfv16 tanks being released they still do not have the coils even though they have other smok products. Bought the smoant and was told that they sold the last pod for it earlier that day and would have some later that week. its been 2 weeks and now im honestly gonna just buy a new mod from somewhere else, and go to create a cig as a last resort from now on because it seems that whoever is managing their inventory is for whatever reason now not doing their job right. To the owners, i hope that the over $1300~ that i have spent at this location in the past year went to good use but you need to get it together. read more

Shopping here for tanks, mods, juice, etc.,etc....really is a dice roll, a shot in the dark...my first experience there was...shall we say, somewhat lacking. My second one was great...it was just my new bigger, badder mod was now a cloud machine..:which I loved::;sadly I fell prey to what so many others had before, and my mod was an accident waiting to happen...not like what you may be thinking, such as my battery blowing up..,just top-heavy and glass prone to breaking at the slightest impact. My first e-cig was a small with the screw on battery with a glass tank, flavored with "Cowboy" at 22 mg nicotine...which is their Marlboro clone flavor...worked great...that is until I apparently screwed it on too tight...I came back being it hadn't been a week later wanting them to make good on my purchase...the dill-weed I was speaking to was no help at all, and as u started to get pissed the manager came over and gave me the battery from one of their sample vapes...problem solved, customer satisfied.::like I say it all depends who is waiting on you..,and ya know, you work in that kinda store because you personally are into what is being sold, and are familiar with the product...or at least you should be...when a customer is asking you about a product that is right under your nose in the glass cases...don't tell them to "go look it up on YouTube"...I don't wanna go look it up on anything, I'm asking YOU! ...fer shit's sake dude...don't be so "f-ing" lazy...I mean a job like that is not very taxing...the least one could do is provide good customer service.
