Then I was unable to access their content 5 days after I signed up. I contacted these people three times in the last month and have not heard back from them. From what I experienced, I concluded that I got scammed.

I said yes. he sent checks to my old house in a different state there the checks sat I called back at least 6times,each time i called back i got different answers. I have to wait 15 days for my address to change (Well then why didnt the first guy know this and wait to mail my checks out?) Then, well we can't void checks until they've been out of our hands for 8 business days..(WHY NOT I'm telling you i have the tracking number that it was delivered to the WRONG address) i received 5 emails saying my address was changed, 6th email address was FINALLY Changed i called back was told now that it's changed have to wait ANOTHER 3 days to get check voided, new checks sent out to me same person also goes i have the check numbers here lets check if they match and before i could say anything they read the check numbers off i go "I don't have the checks they are in a different state at the wrong address hence why i'm calling to void them"Why am i getting different information every time i call I told the last person they need to retrain their people because no one told me any of this, i asked for my $25 backthe guy goes "We can't give you the $25 back but we can expedite these next two checks for free" I go "you're not expediting them for free if i'm not getting my $25 back because technically im still paying for that" he then proceeded to argue with me over that i wasn't paying for it.
