The charging connection was bad and Brandon said he could fix it for several hundred--I believe he said with a new motherboard?--but at least that was less than a new computer. When I returned for it, he had managed to fix the connection without that bigger repair--it was a pittance. Then I left my second laptop which had been crushed by a car seat and he fixed that perfectly for VERY little. Obviously, he is honest, knowledgeable, and will not overcharge you. We are so lucky to have someone of this caliber right in the middle of the Bitterroot Valley.
