This place... This place is just not very professional, They have great artists with the biggest egos which are not good for people who want a good quality tattoo. Juan Carrillo was the person I was referred to. When I first went in he was cool and super friendly. He even seemed excited to do my concept. I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance. I specifically wanted the opening time, 12 pm, so that there wouldn't be someone being tattooed before me that might carry into my time. I paid my deposit to make sure I had my appointment in the books. Well, I came in a two days before my appointment to bring in my picture and to make sure that everything was still a go. This probably would have been a good time to tell me that any plans had changed but I got an approval from Juan. I came back on the day of my appointment, 10 minutes early, excited as can be. To my amazement someone was on the bed getting tattooed! I was a little upset but I thought that he couldn't have much left because I was scheduled before anyone else. When I asked the other tattoo artist there what was going on, he told me that I was going to be re-scheduled because Juan was already working on someone else. He offered me e refund of my deposit or schedule another appointment. So, really wanting Juan to do my tattoo, I did another appointment for 3 weeks out. Again, I was excited and really looking forward, I read a lot of reviews of bad experiences of customers getting canceled over and over again. I never thought this would turn into my case with tattoos. So, come day of the tattoo. I was set for going to get my tattoo, I actually took the day off from work so that I could be there on time at the 4 pm for my tattoo. I get a call at 3:50 from the shop telling me that we might need to push the appointment back another 30 minutes so that he could finish someone else's tattoo. Again, I'm a little upset, but I try to be understanding. Not even 20 minutes pass and I get another call saying that we need to make another appointment. At this point I'm so fed up. I didn't even get a call from him apologizing for this incident happening twice ! NOTHING from him so that they can keep my business. I made another appointment but didn't even bother showing up to this unprofessional "tattoo" shop. These "artist's" are arrogant jerks who are larger than life. They are talented, I don't argue that, but they are too full of themselves . If you don't mind being treated Like crap when you get your first tattoo this is the place for you! These guys don't know how to run a business let alone customer service. I prefer to take my business else where. I know of a couple other tattoo shops that will appreciate my time and money. You would have to be in the clique or 'crazy' to get a tattoo from Crazy ink. read more

I think Crazy Ink has a good balance of artists when looking for different styles of ink. I have only been Tattooed by Luis out of this shop but I absolutely love his work, I have seen Chads work on a few friends and he also is very talented. Shop is friendly and clean. Definitely a good choice when looking for an artist.Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for but that being said the prices are grate, being covered in tattoos I know I have paid more for worse service. I have also been to a few shops in town that were not professional in the fact they way they acted towards guests however Crazy Ink has always felt welcoming and did I mention clean. Alright so this is only for Hope the piercer the other piercer is great I love her. So I got my septum a while back by Hope and she told me that I didnt have the right anatomy for it. She still pierced me and it was a little crooked but after going to a different studio I got my septum looked at by 3 others and they all felt up in my nose and said I have great anatomy for it and they were able to get my jewelry changed and it was great. Then I come to find out my sister came to hope as well before I had told her my experience. Hope decided to start talking bad about me saying Its fine if I don't have the right anatomy because it's just more money in her pockets. I would like to add that not everyone in Yakima has a deviation with their septum yet about 10-12 others I know who got a septum by Hope got told they have one. I understand she has been peircing for years but I think that she is unprofessional and overall rude to her clients and not knowledgeable with these things. My experience with the Piercing staff was not very good. She did the rook and didn't get enough "meat" and had to do it again. Since she's been piercing a long time, she should of known the angle to get and have to do it only once. Freaking hurt like hell! Also she let me go out the door with blood smeared on the inside of my ear and earlobe. I had my Daith pierced a month ago (in Vancouver) and hardly felt it, and I left the shop with a clean ear...no bloody evidence. I wouldn't suggest this shop for anyone looking for a piercing. read more

***PIERCING REVIEW*** moved here a few months ago and couldn't find anywhere on here that did piercings. After posting on FB this place was highly recommended for piercings. There is one piercer and she did amazing. I got my Daith pierced and it was painless (although she said that it isn't always). She was personable and made you feel at ease before she puts a hole in your head;) she even came out and greeted me while I waited while she was between piercings. She had great customer service. I would definitely recommend and go back again. My piercing is perfect. read more

Went to this shop today to get nose stud changed out. The tattoo artist dumped out my nose stud onto the service bench and was proceeding to put into my nose without sterilizing piece first. I ended waiting 25 mins for piece to be sterilized. Sketchy place. Will go to Portland piercing shop where I used to reside for future service. read more
