The owner of SweepingHearts, Shane, emailed me the same day to start figuring out my needs, and his communication was excellent throughout the process. Not only was the quote fair, but he was able to set up an appointment four days later at a time that worked with my schedule. We originally needed someone to pressure wash our driveway, sidewalks, patio and chimney. What we received after entering into agreement with Santiago was much more. We We decided to get all of exterior windows cleaned and he made us an awesome package deal. His attention to detail was second to none. All of our concrete and brick areas are restored to a pristine condition. Our exterior windows are streak free, our window sills are dirt free, and the brick underneath the majority of our windows is mold free. We asked him for a couple of additional areas to address and he did it with a smile. He even pressure washed the stones that surrounded our landscaping. His bid was written out thoroughly and very legible and understandable. The pictures I took really don't illuminate the awesome work he did. His fees were super reasonable, and I felt they were fair for the amount of time, effort, and work he put in to the job. If you need this kind of work I would highly recommend this young man's business, you will not be disappointed.
