I had tried to get out there and take up what I could but was just spinning my wheels. I got on Google and next thing I know the owner Brooke Reed was contacting me to come and do a free estimate. After doing some research, we reached out to Marc Clarke at Independent Water Systems, and we are SO glad we did. Marc installed a Whole Home Filtration and Reverse Osmosis System for us, and the difference has been incredible. No more dryness, no more water stains on our fridge, and we're even using way less dish and laundry detergent than before. Plus, we're saving a good bit of money -- we were going through almost two cases of bottled water every week before, and now we can just enjoy fresh, clean water straight from the tap. Working with Marc was a breeze. He communicated clearly throughout the whole process, was super knowledgeable, and you could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He's honest, hardworking, and genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with the end result. If you're considering a water system in Lake Charles or nearby, we couldn't recommend Marc and Independent Water Systems enough. Absolutely top-notch experience from start to finis
