Very disappointed I went out of my way to get a hat I was promised and none of the employees could get it for me.

Plenty of all-cotton tops. We didn't see many that were larger than 2XL, but what we found was on sale: a souvenir long-sleeve 100%-cotton 3XL top for 20 bucks. Nice! (Jul 2026)

Even though Diana was out of the shop and hours away on a personal errand, she took my call, reassured me she could handle the request, and asked me to text her the details. True to her word, she got back to me that evening to confirm everything and even called later to arrange payment, all while ensuring the flowers would be delivered by 8 PM that same day. The arrangement was not only affordable (under $50) but the impact was priceless. My mother-in-law was moved to tears by the gesture, calling it the highlight of her trip--even outshining Old Faithful! A huge THANK YOU to Diana for her dedication and for making such a heartfelt surprise possible. I am already looking forward to visiting Yellowstone Flowers in person next year to thank Diana again for her incredible service. If you're in West Yellowstone and need a florist, look no further--this shop exemplifies what customer care should be!
