It feels deeply connected to the community and genuinely invested in each child and family--not a place where you ever feel like just a weekly paycheck. From the very beginning, the staff took time to get to know my child before their first day, asking about likes, dislikes, and personality during the meet-the-teacher event. The teachers and administration were consistently warm, communicative, and present. Daily updates through the app were thorough, and on the rare occasion of an incident, I received prompt communication and personal follow-up, which made me feel supported and respected as a parent. Classroom transitions were handled with so much care and intention, making the process smooth and stress-free for my child. When our family had to move unexpectedly due to an emergency, the compassion and support we received from the teachers and leadership meant everything. This is hands down the best learning center my child has attended. If you're looking in the Boiling Springs, Spartanburg, or Greenville area, I highly recommend Children's Courtyard.
