Fernando examined it and said he could bring it back to it's original glory. When I picked it up a few weeks later, I was speechless. I had no idea there were so many colors! He also cleaned the frame, which transformed from a dull brown yellow to a bright shining gold. Additionally, I asked Anne to do an appraisal, and she was on the mark with my estimate. (If you are insuring art, you need a current appraisal every few years.) Both Fernando and Anne have professional certifications, and treat your art with love and care. I arrived on April 7th at 12:55p.m. (5 minutes early) and rang the doorbell several times. No one answered. I then called multiple times and no one answered the phone. I decided to drive to their old location on Woodrow St. and encountered the same results. No one answered the door nor the phone. At this point I was perturbed. I drove over an hour to meet with a Conservator at Felini and to be completely ignored is not business professional and it is not acceptable. I will never do business with this company. If they were toi busy to honor the meeting time that THEY scheduled, then they should have at least answered the phone and rescheduled or called me prior to do so.

Picking the perfect color, design, size, etc. Then what kind of mat, the size, color and how it surrounds the artwork. Also, what kind of glass is of utmost importance in how the finished item will present the art. If the wrong glass is used it may not protect the artwork, cause a reflection, distorting how you perceive the art.
