They are rude Gas is at least 10 cents or more higher than anybody else they do not sell food . And if they did it would probably be as high as their gas we go all the way down to I-10 and 62 cuz we live right here by crawdads and these poor people coming from out of town don't realize there's better stations further down if they can just make it it's not that far to I-10 and 62. If I could give this zero stars I would. This convenient store is a complete rat hole and the service is AWFUL. Yesterday 9-2-23 I pumped $40 of unleaded fuel into my 2021 Tahoe and made it 6 miles down the road before having to call a tow truck. The sample shows gas and grime in the fuel and as of now my car is still not running. The clerk was very unhelpful and didn't seem to care as well as the Owner "Sam" that is apparently from Houston. Aside from the bad gas the store is filled with overpriced out of date items. Absolutely will never stop at this store again and praying the Stuckey's put them out of business. Although this is a nice I10 exit with a big gas station and the building looks nice from outside, beware of the inside. This is not a place to stop for fresh food or premade food. No coffee. Shelves are sparsely stocked. Very dirty unhealthy bathroom conditions with most stalls locked shut. The one stall open was stained, wet, leaking, and smelly. Very disappointed read more

We went to use the restroom and it was DISGUSTING. The toilets were supposed to flush automatically but only two of the 7 stalls flushed. The ones not flushed had urine and tissue in them. 6 of the 7 stalls had no tissue. The stall we used had urine on the seat so we had to go from stall to stall to find tissue to wipe the seat. The sinks were visibly dirty. It looked like poop hanging from the soap dispenser. Only 1 of the 2 hand dryers worked. I didn't want to touch anything in there. The store itself is bare. There's hardly any decent items to buy. I wouldn't buy anything from this location anyway or use this restroom again. read more

I went to the store to get gas in a long way I came across a big white hairy dog that seem to be homeless mangy hungry thirsty so I didn't the Good Samaritan thing with a big heart and loving kind person that I care about animals and called the local animal shelter and had someone come pick her up so that she can be taken care of and safe I also encountered a older gentleman asking me if I put myself in the situation to help that dog and I said get surgery but why don't you just stay in your own business mind your own business that could be some Family Dollar around the corner just laying in the driveway I said first of all why don't you mind your own business I'm grown you're grown I'm doing the right thing to make sure that dogs taken care of oh you're just stupid stupid so that's how you Louisiana people treat people from other areas I think that's despicable read more

Friendly staff and clean but no price tags and high prices. No food. Concession shut down.

I will never go to this place again. I had to try 4 fuel pumps before I found one that worked. Either the keypads did not work or the screens weren't working. The pump that did work for me did not give me a receipt. I had to go inside and stand in line to get it. If I were you I would just pass this place up. read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star. I went to Crawdad's today and pumped gas and once I started pumping gas started squirting out of the line like it's been cut or something . I ran inside and got the worker to shut it off for me and she didn't even know what she was doing. After the gas has been running for a few mins she finally got it off and I asked for a refund. She constantly argued with me over and over and told me she couldn't and said they did not have a manger or anyone else I could call. Once I told her I had called the cops she took me outside to see how much gas pumped so she could give me cash back. She grabbed my arm super hard and yanked me. I pulled away from her and told her not to touch me. She kept trying to blame it on me saying she's been working all day and that never has happened to the pump. After about 20 mins of arguing and yelling she finally gave me cash back. She was very rude and started arguing with me from the start. This place is terrible. read more

this is for the crawdads on 1442 and interstate 10 to bridge city the one right after rest area leaving vidor . i live in the neighbor behind this store for 29 years and the closet store was on hwy 62 and other was at 105 and 1442 both were 5 miles to the store we were so happy to have a store so close for bread milk eggs and cigs etc, and we have loved this store so much sometimes we go 4 and 5 times a day it had everything from phone cards for all cell phones money orders bread lottery tickets just everything u could need now the original owner who really knows how to run a store sold all 5 to some one who is from another country he might have been here a while who knows who cares he is a cheapskate he doesnt know how to run a store and it pisses me off he no longer sales bread only sells 5 are 6 lottery tickets not even the good ones the bingo ones but stopped all phone cards money orders no more eggs are bread before long im sure the milk will stop who is this man he is stupid and i hope he sells them to someone who knows what their doing before he runs that store in the ground even in restaurant we use to get pancakes all day long now stupid mf says its breakfast and can no longer have breakfast any time of day he cant be from this country because we do breakfast any time of day i guess im sad the old owner sold the store because it has nothing on shelves its horrible i hate who bought that store and hopefully he dies soon so someone can run the store the right way not his country ways we love our bread .so bring the bread back stupid' this store isnt clean anymore some dirtbag bought it read more
