Oh, man! We wanted to have some fun and go out since, hello, we are in Miami!!! We had to be out…read moreseeing what Miami offers and make memories that we will never forget! We stumbled upon this place while we were walking around looking for a place that was calling our name so to speak, lol. This was the place! We were a bit tipsy and feeling ourselves, so we came in to have a blast! We ordered shots, beer, and a hookah to tie it all together. I can not express it enough!! It felt like a dream just having the time of our lives!!! I loved the customer service; our waiter was on it and full of life! The DJ was playing great music; he got the place jumping! Man, writing this review brings back many great memories, and it feels like I am reliving the moment again! As me and my bf danced the night away together!!

I had one of the most disappointing and humiliating experiences at SoBe Hookah at Clevelander…read moreSports Bar yesterday afternoon. My companion and I (both Asian) were ignored by the staff while others who came after us were greeted, served water, and treated politely. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes -- no menus, no water, no utensils -- nothing. When we finally ordered, we requested a chicken salad with shrimp instead. The server recommended adding fish and keeping the chicken, saying it would be a large enough portion for two. But much later, we were told none of that was possible -- no explanation, no effort to fix the situation. When we raised our concerns, the manager was arrogant and dismissive, saying "Oh, I didn't see that," and made no attempt to apologize. Meanwhile, we watched other (non-Asian) guests being treated with courtesy, checked on regularly, and served drinks promptly. We ordered a juice that never arrived -- even by the time we left. I left the restaurant feeling discriminated against, disrespected, and completely unwelcome. This was not just bad service -- it felt blatantly racist. I've never written a review like this before, but this crossed the line. I strongly urge management to take this seriously -- train your staff, and treat all guests equally, regardless of race. I won't be returning, and I suggest others think twice before supporting a business that tolerates this kind of behavior.

If you're looking for a spot that absolutely *nails* the vibe, Jungle Hookah Bar & Cafe is IT…read more From the moment you walk in, you're hit with this super chill, jungle-inspired ambience that somehow feels both cozy and electric at the same time. The lighting, the music, the whole aesthetic--it's giving laid-back lounge meets nightlife energy, and I was obsessed. Let's talk about the FOOD Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and honestly way better than you'd expect from a hookah spot. It's not just snacks--it's legit delicious, satisfying dishes that make you want to stay for hours. And the SERVICE? Top tier. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made sure we were always taken care of. You can tell they really care about the experience, not just getting you in and out. Now... the HOOKAH Their variety is seriously impressive. Whether you're into classic flavors or want to try something more unique and fruitier, they've got you covered. Smooth pulls, long-lasting bowls, and they'll even help you pick the perfect mix if you're unsure. On top of that, they've got pool tables (which instantly turns it into a whole vibe with friends) and plenty of TVs playing games and music videos--so there's never a dull moment. Overall, Jungle Hookah Bar & Cafe is the perfect place to chill, hang out, celebrate, or just unwind. Great food, amazing hookah, fun activities, and an atmosphere that keeps you coming back. 10/10 would absolutely go again

No greeting from the bartender or even an ask if I'd like to order anything. I wait a minute then walk away and sit down away from the bar. She looks over and still doesn't ask. I walk up to the bar to get a napkin and the bartender gives me this look of disapproval. I asked her is there an issue with me getting a napkin? She says "no, but just to let let you know we're not part of the hotel" My response was okay, but I can't get a napkin as a common courtesy? Is it really that big of an issue for me to take a napkin that you have to give me a face? She said "you can take whatever you want". I responded then you could have not made an issue out of next to nothing. Five minutes later a security guard comes in and informed me that the bartender requested he remind me that the bar is not part of the hotel and I can't take things "a napkin" from the bar. The security guard was very professional and understanding of the whole situation unlike the bartender from the start. There's reasons why every night I walk by heading to my room it's almost empty. FYI There are countless places in South Beach selling 2 drinks for $20 with much much better atmosphere, often live entertainment, more attentive and professional bartenders. I Do Not Recommend going here. This review should not reflect on The Chesterfield Hotel. The staff there has been truly welcoming and professional my entire stay.
