Still the poboy wad fresh and filled from end to end with catfish. Fries were hot and fresh in the take out box and not too salty, so I had to enjoy a few before leaving. Most definetly you have to order the coveted boudin balls. I got a small pack of both the original and pepper jack since they were on sale for Happy Hour. They didn't disapppoint. They were slightly bigger than a golf ball and the gooey pepper jack cheese was a great compliment to the crunchy exterior. Topped with Remoulade or Ranch and I got pretty full just off Boudin balls. The miss for me is the frozen drinks- especially the frozen Hurricane slushy. Tasted like medicine, but about an hour later I did feel a little kick from the drink. My friend agreed but tried the blue flavor and stated it was better than the hurricane. We enjoyed our little meet up at Honore's so much, we lost track of time. This is real Louisiana style crawfish; not the Viet Cajun style which is heavily sauced on the outside. There is NO sauce on the outside and no flavor options; but the taste is delicious! Now I won't lie, I do prefer Viet Cajun style, but this was a great alternative. I found the prices to be pretty reasonable compared to other popular crawfish places in Pearland. They were out of shrimp so I couldn't try that, but the crawfish was well seasoned and juicy inside. I would have preferred more boil juice in my bag so I had some to dip in, but next time I know to tell them. Same thing with the mixed bag; I think there should have been some boil juice in the bag because it was kind of dry. But the corn was so sweet and that sausage!!!! Omg.
