That might be slightly reenforced by the foosball table, video game consoles and funky office decor, but don't be fooled - these guys (and gals) mean business and they're damn good at what they do. I had the pleasure of working with Crash & Sues on a commercial project as well as some quick-turn video editing for one of my clients, and I can't say anything but great things. From our first meeting until the delivery of the final files, the entire operation is as professional as it is fun. They even have spare offices set up for client use, which worked out great when I was there for hours at a time...
