No problem. Was then called by their dispatcher at 1:30 saying their technician was 30-45 min out. After 2 hours I called back wondering where our technician was and was informed he was 12 minutes out. A call in that 2 hours we were waiting would have gone a long way to a 5 star rating. Our technician Kevin, deserves 5 stars. His service was excellent! Took care of our drain and was extremely professional.

The main line for my house had pretty much crumbled, and everything was backing up into the basement. I just knew it was going to be a nightmare and cost a fortune to get things fixed. But, I was wrong. These guys were great. I was struggling at the time. So, I really appreciated the pricing. But, more importantly, I never had another problem with my main line. Real talk.... For like a year, while the dirt was settling, it did look like there was a huge grave in the front of my house. Hahaha. Seriously... Big thanks to the folks at Absolute Plumbing. After getting the run around from 2 other plumbing companies; Keith came to the rescue. My wedding…read morering had accidentally been flushed. After being told my ring was found (from another company but was going to cost thousands to retrieve; my husband and I looked at other options.) another company came in and told us the following day there was no ring, my heart broke; but I was not giving up. When I contacted Keith he came and scoped the pipe and located it within minutes. I was relieved. Only to then be crushed when it disappeared upon retrieval. Keith spent hours trying to locate my ring even going through cutting through a pipe to get to it. He truly showed compassion and empathy for this devastating incident. The next morning he contacted me and had asked to come back out and rescope the pipe because he just knew he saw my ring and saw how upset I was when it disappeared. It's one thing to be a homeowner and have people come into your home to do service, it's another thing entirely when they explain why they are doing them and help you prevent it in the future. If all you are looking for is value, I can assure you that won't be sad to have Shane come out. Super affordable and professional, you won't go wrong here. Our sewer drain was clogged and it backed up into the basement. Shane came in and explained how he was going to diagnose where the clog was, then explained how he was going to clear it. As he was clearing the clog, he explained how we can prevent the tree roots from coming back after we took the tree down. He ran the pipe in forward and reverse to make sure he cleaned out all the roots. Within 45 minutes he had the whole service done and explained the entire process as he went. You cannot ask for a better person to come in and help you when you're not sure how bad the problem is.
