We hired C T Nap after Josh reached out to us on Facebook about some painting work we needed done…read moreon a house we were preparing to sell -- and we're glad he did. Josh showed up on time, provided a fair estimate, and made adjustments as needed throughout the process. What started as painting quickly turned into several additional projects because of the confidence we had in his work and professionalism. Since then, his team has: * Deep cleaned the entire house to "showroom" condition * Built a custom backyard fence by hand (not prefab panels) * Started plans to white-box the garage and replace windows Every step of the process has been professional, personable, high-quality, and completed in a timely manner. One of the biggest advantages of working with Josh is the strong network of craftsmen he has access to depending on the project needs. It's clear he values doing things the right way and bringing in the right people when needed. Great communication, trustworthy, strong work ethic, and excellent craftsmanship. 10/10 -- I would absolutely hire Josh and his crew again. We'll post pictures once everything is complete!

I could not be happier with any tradesperson than I am with Dan and his helper Brandon at MX…read moreElectric, who work together well on most of MX Electric's residential service calls and implementations. First, Dan knows his stuff and will only do things the correct way. He focuses on current and future plans and makes sure to allow flexibility for continuing projects when completing the requested work. Second, they are meticulous in preparation and cleanup, exhibiting respect for your property and belongings, covering all surfaces where needed, cleaning up after. Third, Dan is very familiar with home security systems and can help design the right camera placement for your property. He is honest and doesn't try to persuade you to do more than what is required just to increase costs. Fourth, the quality of work Dan does is top-notch. There are no crooked fixtures/switches or loose wires. They always focus on safety and never rush through and leave anything unfinished, even late on Friday afternoons! MX Electric is lucky to have these professionals in their company. As a picky homeowner, I heartily recommend MX Electric whenever asked who I use at my home. They always communicate with me in a respectful manner when I ask questions or have (too) wild ideas. I can not recommend MX Electric enough.
