This team is excellent. They have consistently taken care of bushes, gardens and mulching with professionalism and a smile.

When questioned their "customer service" told me three times to check the terms and conditions. Apparantly they thought our grass was too high and charged us double. Never saying anything to us right before the cut. We went with this company be we wanted to support small/local business and received the lowest level of customer support and underhanded pricing policies than we've ever received. In addition, there prices are MUCH higher than others. Hope this review helps others. In response to your comment: you've honored my request to discontinue service??? Hahaha. Thank you so much for agreeing to be fired. You DID NOT honor my request for a credit since we were never told about a double charge. You DID NOT honor my request to have the owner contact me. And you missed the point- it wasn't the timing of the charge it was the fact that your mowers came out, spoke to my husband, agreed there was nothing out of the normal- didn't mention they thought the grass was long - and then went ahead and charged me double. I hope everyone can see what a disreputable company you are.

This was our third time using EcoLandscapes for some landscaping work. Every time we use them I'm…read morereminded of the excellent quality, communication and value they provide. We keep going back! Most recently they installed some new flat bluestones over top of a previously pea gravel patio which they installed a few years ago. In order to do it right, they needed to level out and build another layer on the previous stone retaining wall. There was no hassle or uncharge, and they completed everything ahead of schedule. Thanks to Dan, Seth, Mike and Tim!

Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. Now we have a perfect space and can't wait to enjoy it over the summer! Highly, highly recommend!
