They were not upfront about additional fees or printing limitations, in contrast with other companies we have used more recently. Oftentimes, our questions were met with condescending responses as if we were supposed to understand every detail about how printing works. Also, we agreed on a price and design via e-mail before visiting the office. When we arrived, the staff tried to quote a different price but immediately backed down when we called them on it. Unprofessional! We would not recommend Aztec Graphics to anyone who wants to get embroidered gear for a good price in a short time from nice people. 1/5 Stars might be too high given our experience with this company.
