Molter's Fresh Market - Front of store

Molter's Fresh Market

I can't say often enough, how pleasantly surprised I have been with Molter's Market lately. While…read morewe used to shop at other - slightly cheaper - grocery stores, we have recently discovered Molter's, especially for the daily fresh Sushi. The sushi has so much flavor and is a cheap, fast, yet healthy food option that surpasses the McDonalds, Burger Kings, Taco Bells and those fattening likes in town. As far as sushi comparisons go to other sushi restaurants,... the flavor is really awesome! And then, we just looked at the other stuff, Molter's had to offer and we discovered the "off-the-bone-ham" at the deli department! Hmmmm. There is no comparison in the regular meat section, where often water, salt and other - usually toxic - whatnots are added. The salami, the fresh cut cheeses, the fresh shrimp in the sea-food deli, the grapes that are always hard and never mushy, the apples that never have brown spots on them, the avocados that seem to have the "just-right"-ripeness... The whole presentation of fruits and vegetables when you enter the store is a pleasure for the eye and inspires me to cook from scratch (which I do anyway)... I just want to buy everything and cook all of those healthies... Then the seed-selection that I put in my home baked breads... really cool! A few weeks ago, I had the side-by-side comparison of "another store"- sweet potato and Molter's sweet potato and have to admit that there was a three step down in quality from Molter's to the other store. While Molter's sweet potato only needed one scrape with the peeler, the other store needed three (I suspected, that they were stored at an incorrect temperature somewhere along the transport). After that experience, I've purposefully made the side-by-side comparisons with pineapples, grapes and other fruits and vegetables. Molter's quality, flavor and freshness won every time - hands down. I also have to compliment the store management on how they managed the Covid crisis. To have designated hours for shoppers that wanted to wear masks as well as hours for people to choose as they pleased was a concept that catered to both sides of fear and freedom. Well done! I feel very well taken care of, respected and cherished as a shopper and will continue to shop at your place!

I actually pulled off to get gas but went into the store and was really impressed. Firstly, the…read morestore has two spaces - in the first produce, deli and impulse departments and then you pass to the normal center store aisles and check out. I assume it was two commercial spaces joined late. I know how hard it is to get good produce distributed to a remote , small volume location , but Molter's nailed it. Great quality produce and more variety than I would have imagined. Great stop of the interstate.

Not to mention the $400 dewalt angle grinder bought brand new off the shelf and in the box was a beat up, non working, 5+ year old angle grinder. Also the employee drove one of the ATVs for sale around the lot with the parking brake on, as well as tipping multiple mini bikes over. After spending all this money and working tirelessly to get it running and out of their lot, and communicating with store employees, management bypassed coming to talk to us and went straight to calling the cops to have us kicked out. When I went in to speak about my dissatisfaction with the situation, management hid in their office. This stores management is cowardly and backstabbing to say the absolute least. And the employees are incompetent, while friendly. We also bought a BRAND NEW multimeter that also didn't work. Tractor supply, you have absolutely lost my business, and my support.

Don't trust the delivery times claimed. If you really need it and it's not on the shelf, I'd go somewhere else.
