We spent $90 to ride for about 4 minutes and kids left crying. The younger guys were on their phones and I had to stop my cart to tell them someone had spun out. We had two new drivers and after being screamed at for "bumping" in such an aggressive manner they left in tears. They could have corrected them or approached the situation very differently which could have prevented a ruined night and tears. The worst part was the older gentlemen who came out and continued to scream at our kids and then started yelling at the adults. It was unnecessary and unprofessional and we won't be back. Not sure if there is new ownership or new management but we have never been tested so poorly there.

On a fair Saturday afternoon, I did venture forth with my daughter and her beau, seeking merriment and sport upon the greens. Alas, what we found was naught but frustration and woe. The tee boxes, uneven and askew, did cause many a ball to veer off course from the very start. Though the greens were mostly fair, the holes themselves were in a sorry state, with broken or missing flags on all but two of the eighteen. The signs that should guide us were shattered, and the spinners that add challenge were but broken relics of their former selves. Twice did our balls become ensnared within the obstacles, and on the sixteenth hole, a dozen players before us did halt their play, for their balls were trapped and would not release until I, with great effort, did free them from their prison. Our complaints to the attendant were met with indifference, as though she were not paid enough to care for our plight. The arcade, a cacophony of noise, did drive us away from further games, and the cost of nine dollars for such a course seemed a grievous overcharge. Verily, I say unto thee, I shall not return to this place of discontent unless I hear tell of new management or grand improvements. Thus ends my tale of woe. We came on a Wednesday which was 25$ for a wristband that allows you to go on 5 rides or activities. The girls loved the go karts, bungee jump, and bumper boats. When we told the staff they gave us some extra coins, but near the end there was only 2 staff members that we could see inside and a line so we lost 3 tokens. Oh well, still a great time!

The go-karts go around a small race track, and they can be kind of loud, but my older kid said he had lots of fun. He went around at least four times! It seems more fun to race when there's more people there. The playground is nothing spectacular. In fact, it's a little run down and janky. But that mattered not to my youngest, who played on the playground the whole time his older brother was racing on the go-kart track. During the service, they claimed my drain plugs were stripped out. Since this was the bike's first-ever oil change and it was purchased directly from them, they are the only ones who could have caused this. Despite this, they denied responsibility and charged me for the new plugs. To make matters worse, when I picked the bike up a week later, my final bill was $384. They claimed the $220 paper I signed was "just for labor" and didn't include parts, oil, or filters. The service advisor was nice, but the pricing transparency and lack of accountability are completely unacceptable. I will no longer bring my bike here for service.
