They helped me get in a car took my large downpayment and everything was great for about 50 days. A 14000 dollar car worked 51 days and the entire electrical traction control system went out. Come to find out its a preexsisting fault that was cleared. After contacting the very supposedly NICE sales team their answer was "it was sold as is you were offered the extended warranty you didnt take it all we can do is refer you to service would you like me to connect you" I quote. So as a multi million dollar buisness they rob a Disabled Veteran who they knew was barely feeding his family took all the money they could and knowingly sold me a car that was faulty, then tried to extort more money from me in the service dept. I called about getting a Leveling Kit installed on my New 2024 F250 King Ranch. The parts guy told…read moreme the price but had to ask the manager if they could do it since I already purchased the leveling kit. Same Brand as Ford uses. I double checked with the parts guy. Manager said they could install the kit but since I didn't get it from them it was going to be over $900 instead of $600 and some change. I declined. To me that's money hungry and immoral To charge more cause the person didn't buy the kit from them! I will never try to do business with this Dealershio again!
