I had rotator cuff problems with my other shoulder resulting in surgery. I was attracted to this ad because it is a non-surgical answer to my shoulder injury. I've received 4 treatments and have had relief already. Looking forward to more treatments. The office staff is very welcoming. The whole office has a welcoming vibe. I recommend this office. And if you are in need of treating physical maladies, I recommend seeing a chiropractor first as they are more open to procedures and treatments that work instead of going the pharmaceutical surgical route. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. He did adjustments on my neck before I even knew what he was doing. And he put me in a twist and pressed down hard with my belly on the table and it hurt. I told him it hurt my belly and that twists weren't advised for pregnancy, and then he did it on the other side. The whole appointment felt like I couldn't get a word in, even about my symptoms. I was in pain and trying to show that on my face or trying to ask about what he was doing and felt like I couldn't push back fast enough before he continued with adjustments. I left feeling powerless. Some of the adjustments definitely seemed to help, but it was rough and not much was explained to me. Just left feeling icky.

All the staff were really kind and helped me get things figured out with insurance, which I greatly appreciated. At my first visit I was thoroughly evaluated and X-rayed, which made me feel like my course of treatment was tailored to my injuries. Dr. Aldridge kept tabs on my progression, provided me with exercises, stretches, and other supplemental forms of treatment to speed up the healing. It also states at the very top, "No Catches Or Obligations, Just $49!" That's awesome, I thought, I'll get that! So I buy it and they reach out to me to set up a consultation. I ask to clarify, is the $49 just for the consultation, or does that include the full package that the Facebook deal mentioned? Annie said "The $49 is only for the consultation." So I ask, "Would I be able to get a refund? When I purchased the $49 deal, the site stated that I would receive" all the above sessions "for $49. Nowhere did it state that this price was merely a consultation to be followed up with even more of a cost. I would love a refund due to the false advertising." Annie then says "It is not false advertising. You do get all of those things at the consultation. That is exactly what the consultation is. I am not entirely sure what you think will happen in just one session? Its to TRY it. I am happy to request a refund." Annie. You could've easily just said "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I will gladly process that for you." You don't have to go out of your way to act like I'm an idiot. That was incredibly rude. You're treating me like that and we're supposed to trust you to help others and educate them on their bodies?
