AS GOOD AS IT GETS FOR REALTORS... Coach Craig Proctor one of the most successful and storied careers in Real Estate in North America, selling 500-600 homes consistently, year after year, and made millions doing it. He perfected the art of leverage, established a series of formulas and systems that served his greater good. He invited and kept GREAT agents to work within his framework, and they SUCCEED also. It's a repeatable methodology, the results recur and endure, what a track record! A great business study and example for any aspiring real estate agent to emulate and copy. Who better to ask if you need the help to get YOUR career off the ground? If you need a Real Estate success coach, Craig is the most practical and EXPERIENCED teacher in the industry. Define a GREAT career in traditional, organized REAL ESTATE and we're inundated by countless definitions (trainers, agents, office managers, and franchises) as to that, SUCCESSFUL career might / should look like. "Success" is different for everyone, but we'd all agree that to make it, one needs a steady, recurring supply of people ready to either buy or sell. (Craig is an expert at this) If you attend a Real Estate rally or convention, a big part of the agenda is celebrating the success (predetermined goals that the population of agents attain). Those goals are defined by earning a level of income to commensurate with some type of award, certificate, or honorable mention for attaining it. The higher the GCI, the fancier the award. But, what about the hard-working agents NOT receiving awards, or those NOT PRONE to the endless social babble and out-dated relationship ideas? In a nutshell, that was me (I'm still not comfortable in social settings and if that's required for me to succeed, well, I'm screwed). My weakness early, as a hard working agent WASN'T the technical side of selling, I'd become adept at understanding mortgages, financing options, and have good negotiating skills so when I FINALLY got to work on a deal it held, closed, and then a commission cheque showed up. I love pay day! My problem was a HUGE LACK of opportunity (customers) to put deals together with (hard to sell with no buyers or sellers) and that despite doing everything the office told me to do. Open houses on weekends, cold calling every night, door knocking every week, all the "normal" things if you had nothing else to do in life. All those things had me trading time for money - my other big problem as a single Dad and very discouraged Realtor was distinct lack of time. I found Craig through his website then through his 3-day SuperConference teaching event after ten (10) hard, painful years in the business. I never knew where my next sale or commission was coming from, I never knew daily if anyone would let me help them buy or sell. Craig told me in our first conversation that what I'd been doing up to that point actually contributed to the embarrassingly high failure rate of our industry. He pointed out that if I KEPT DOING THE SAME THING AGAIN & AGAIN,my days as a Realtor were numbered. "So, what SHOULD I do?" I asked him. He said a Lead Generation strategy, like that of other successful professionals, would serve me well. He asked me if I'd had a Doctor or an Accountant chase me down trying to drum up business? Solid point!! That doesn't happen. Craig asked if I was as professional as them? I quickly answered YES!! Then emulate their business model to get customers looking for you rather than you chasing them. A HUGE aha moment, things changed for me quickly after allowing him to train me. Under his tutelage, in not much time, I was inundated with opportunities from ready buyers and sellers. They came to me DAILY, with no traditional, low-return activities. I STOPPED the boring things I'd been doing, I started to look like a solution providing business. I've enjoyed a stellar career ever since. I haven't wasted TIME in open houses in 20 years, I haven't knocked on doors since the 90's, and only work with people who seek me out. My first Craig Proctor 3 day event was career altering! A number of key things were taught that shaped my business from that point on. I excepted Craig's invitation to be coached by him, I wasn't hard sold, he simply presented the opportunity and I readily accepted it. I would accept Jack Nicklaus's help if he was willing to help me golf better also. Asking the BEST to help you be the BEST is a natural thing to do; Craig Proctor is indeed the best of the best and he'll help you get there as well. My life changed, my SUCCESS in real estate is 100% attributable to me stopping the ridiculous things they tell us to keep (with little or no measurable return) and letting a SUCCESSFUL coach teach me the SUCCESS business methods that serve SUCCESSFUL Real Estate professionals everywhere. Herein I am privileged to share with you the amazing "magic carpet ride" my family has been on since receiving the blessing of being a Craig Proctor Coaching Member. November 27, 1989. I was 18 years young and officially received my Real Estate licence at 11.55 am. It was a proud moment for my amazing Father the late great Mario Guido Sconza. He came to Canada from Italy in 1950 with a suitcase and $5. After numerous struggles he was able to build together with my mom Maria Sconza a Real Estate Company that housed 250 Outside Sales Agents. I was ready for the same gargantuan success. Quickly. It did not come. By most accounts it would seem I failed successfully having a 6 figure job (JUST OVER BROKE) however I did not have what I longed for. A thriving business. My father taught me at a very early age the importance of learning from the best having had the amazing Zig Ziglar as his personal COACH in the early 1960's. Fast forward to 2005. I joined the leader. Craig Proctor Coaching. I quit 10 months later. I fell back into what I was taught by so many coaches through the years. Manual, grunt, shot in the dark (head) cold calling. In August 2015, thankfully, I made the decision to come back. In the last 3 years my income has consistently escalated from $171,561.23 to $530,008.86 to $1,011,794.30. Utilizing the amazing systems given to us we inexpensively generate 300 to 500 leads monthly leveraging the automatic reverse prospecting Craig teaches. My wife of 27 years Sandie, her brother Domenic, our two children Daniel and Iszabella, and their significant others Erica & Luciano are all involved in our expanding enterprise. Questions reveal the truth. The late Steve Jobs said every day before you walk out your front door ask yourself "if today was my last day would I do what I am about to?" I confidently answer yes now that I have been given a crystal clear plan to follow for explosive growth thanks to Craig. My dad taught me to constantly be asking "how can I turn my yearly income into my monthly income?" I have been given by Craig a turn-key business model to do that and more. My mother taught me to continually be asking "For myself and my family I see the possibility of....?" All of my heart's desires in terms of provision for my family and humanity rest in this amazing curriculum. My amazing mentor Billy Nasby taught me "you only have to believe until you know". What do you want? It is here. You will know. Thank you Craig Proctor and your entire team, especially my Coaches Todd Walters and James MacDonald. You have made my world a better place and given me a hope for the future beyond what I imagined prior to making a COMMITMENT FOR LIFE to your Coaching Program. -Mario Daniel Sconza read more

CRAIG PROCTOR CHANGED MY LIFE! I went to Craig Proctor conference in May 2019 after being in the real estate business only a few months. I had no clients nor any friends who were selling or buying, had no sphere of influence interested in real estate. In my brokerage I was told to cold call, door knock and farm. Every time I was told NO I was questioning why I was doing this and was looking for something different. I knew there must be a better way to do this business. My first year in real estate (2019) was tough, I made only $15,000 and spent most of my savings. I was looking for better way and I went to one of half day seminars and it all made sense. Then to SuperConference. . I didn't have money to pay for the coaching but I got a choice of putting it on the credit card. I took a leap of faith and signed up for it. I was so scared but CP systems, direct response marketing, generating your own leads - it all made sense. I signed up and started to implement. For example, CP has only one universal script for qualifing leads and setting appointments with leads. So simple and effective! Beginning of 2020 at the beginning of pandemic it was when I got my first check of $6,000 of the year from CP marketing. I made a whopping $90,000 in 2020. The first 5 months of 2021, I already made $100,000 and currently have two escrows opening up. I would never have imagined that I would make $190,000 in the last 12 months; from almost $0 to $200,000! I established an LLC, hired my first admin and my newest marketing is a moving billboard - my wrap up car. My main reason for sharing all of this is not to show how much money I made. It's actually to share the idea to believe in Craig Proctor! I was there sitting in the audience 2 years ago, not skeptical but I didn't have money for a coaching. I took a leap of faith. And I'm so grateful I did. Surround yourself with like-minded people you find in the Craig Proctor System. Show up, work AND IMPLEMENT. If there is one piece of advice I can give new members it would be: 'Don't think. Just do it, you will go higher faster.' If you are a solo agent or broker and are interested but little skeptical from the reviews that never tried it call me at 714-369-0896 and I will share my experience. I want to thank all Craig Proctor System members for sharing their knowledge every week, for their encouragement, inspiration and for giving hope to each other. Thank you Craig, I'm forever grateful! read more

Having been a police officer for 20 years I desperately needed a change but didn't have the nerve to quit my secure job. After attending one of Craig's super conferences and signing up for coaching, I did find the confidence to leave my policing career. Not only did Craig's system rocket me to being #1 in my company of over 700 Realtors for the past 6 consecutive years based on gross sales, I also have the freedom and time to enjoy the success. My team now consists of 7 full time marketing staff and 6 Realtors. I don't work weekends any more which gave me time to get my pilots license and fly my Cirrus SR22 aircraft to my 455 Cruisers Yacht. I'm not trying to impress, but rather impress upon others that Craig systems really do work if you can do two things: 1) copy and do exactly what is suggested 2) implement fast Thanks VERY much Craig for giving me the life I could only dream of before meeting you!! After having read a vicious and completely false review hear I decided to add this to my review.. - I don't work for Craig, I'm not paid or rewarded in any way to write this. When someone does what Craig has done for me, this is the least I can do. - Being #1 in my company I learned fast that unsuccessful Realtors love to blame others for their failures and can be extremely rude to successful people they don't even know. - I have seen and spoken to people who participated in Craig's system. Lots turn their business around and become very successful and have no problems admitting it was Craig. Lots like to think Craig helped but like to believe their success was there own doing while at the same time running Craig's systems. Yes, I have seen many people not be helped by Craig system and it was extremely obvious when speaking with them that their arrogance and unwillingness to follow instruction prevented their success. - My success is very real and what my life as a police officer was prior to meeting Craig was painfully real. Since scepticism kept me in from success for a long time, I offer this... My badge number with Peel Regional Police was 1756. I was hired in 1990 and resigned 7 years ago. I am currently with iPro Realty Ltd in Ontario and everyone in the company knows that I am not only #1 consistently, I more than double the success of #2. These are the facts. If you are exposed to Craig's systems and cannot be successful in real estate, you need to have a good long look in the mirror. read more

I went to the Orlando seminar as a new agent with 6 months of experience in May 2011. I signed up for a year of coaching and I grew from 2 transactions to over 131 a year in just 3.5 years. This seminar and coaching system changed my life. The coaching works, the system works, the process works. If you want massive change, this is it. My one year of coaching has repaid itself 78 times what I invested. Proctor is a system that works and gives a real estate agent the tools, the systems, and the support to build a successful business. My first Broker advocated cold calling, door knocking, and constantly asking all my friends for business. It was laughable. I barely squeaked out 2 transactions... I worked long hours, enjoyed no time with my one year old son, and my relationship with my wife was strained at best. I was burned out, disappointed, and disenfranchised after being in this industry for 6 months. I was on the way out. I looked at myself and wanted something different and I was willing to change my mindset and actions change my business. I believed that I had to change. Going into Craig's seminar with an open mind and willing to learn new things will enable you to achieve rapid success. Craig Proctor will offer you a paradigm shift. If you are an agent that wants to build a reliable and steady business that allows you to live a great life and have your time back then this it. If you are a skeptic and a cynic who is unwilling to work for success then this system is not for you. If you focus on the price of everything and the value of nothing then this isn't for you. I am living proof that this system is effective and willing to take a call from anyone who is on the fence about Craig Proctor. Call me 858.997.6993. Don't believe a review from someone who has NEVER even attempted the system. The program is life altering and proven. My business as a Real Estate agent grew in transactions as listed below. 2011 - 2 Sales 2012 - 29 Sales 2013 - 53 Sales 2014 - 83 Sales 2015 - 131 Sales 2016 - 179 Sales and still going... I have known about Craig Proctor for many years and my wife(Alison Walsh) and I (Lou Volk) have been running a team for a number of years trying to get to the next level. Craig explains business principles in a direct and professional manner. After decades in Real Estate I finally understood his message. Buyers want homes....Sellers want buyers. It is not easy to abandon your entrenched ways of doing business. Hey try not having a coffee for a month. The more you move in this direction the more likely you will have a successful business in any field. It is a clear thought and direction. Does it cost money... of course. You can go buy a Subway franchise and pay $250,000 to make sandwiches... not that Real Estate is as glamourous as all the TV shows make it out to be. I clean up sinks, dog poop, walk over other peoples laundry and deal with un happy people. Alison and I have been around long enough to have gone to see EVERY BODY in the Real Estate training and coaching business. Craig and his team and system have THE most comprehensive coaching and training program hands down. The other key for us was that they train your entire team as well as you the team leader for the one fee. The other key business philosophy is the Guarantees. Are you more likely to do business with someone who guarantees their service and someone who puts it IN WRITING. If I could get a contractor to guarantee to call with in 2 hours and guarantee to show up on time... he has my business NO PROBLEM,NO BRAINER. This is what Craig and his team (Todd Walters and everyone else) coach you to do. Just like selling a house its not nuclear science but if your a realtor and you know everyone thinks your over paid cause you sometimes make it look easy. Its simple but not easy. Hear Craig out. You may not be ready for the message as I once was but it is never too late to get on track to create a true business in Real Estate. read more

I hated being a real estate agent when I first got into the business. The broker told me I'd have tons of free time to be with my family (the reason I quit a 6-figure salary job with benefits to get into real estate was because of all the travel) and I'd easily make more money than I had prior. After 6 months I loved the sales, but hated the business. Blowing up balloons on a sunday afternoon was not exactly my idea of a "profession." Then I found one of those emails that seems too good to be true. It was from Craig Proctor talking about getting business AND having a life. I wen to the SuperConference and fell in love with the system. Doing it the broker's way, I was supposed to pester my friends and family for business. But Craig's way involves using REAL marketing, with a REAL script, talking to REAL prospects about helping them buy or sell a house. My business did NOT magically mushroom right away. It took time. I didn't always follow the system at first. And sometimes when i grew I grew too quickly and hired the wrong people. But by learning Craig's system inside and out, I've been able to build a real estate business that truly does serve my life and the lives of the team members who work with me. I have 3 agents who make 6-figure salaries, and 3 other up-and-coming agents who will be there soon. My administrative staff make better money and get better benefits than others in the area. As for me, I spent the 2014-15 school year living in another country to be near my wife's family, while my business grew 39% to $1.2M that year. So this stuff works. But you have to actually commit to it. I used to download the audio programs of Craig and listen to them in my car ALL THE TIME. I even made my family listen to it on long driving trips. It takes real commitment to change your business, but I have found that its worth it. read more

I have been selling real estate since 1988. I joined Craig Proctor Systems in the early 2000's and what I implemented worked. I moved away from the system with influence from someone. My daughter joined me in 2006 after graduating college. In 2009 I put her in charge of the business and she went searching for a coaching program. We returned to Craig Proctor coaching but this time we learned and implemented the majority of the systems. I am ever so grateful that Craig had the vision to share what worked for him as he has a heart to see others succeed. Implementing the Quantum Leap System we began to grow our business. In 2009 when we joined our Gross Commission Income before expenses was $337,382.39. Year over year we began to see increases. It took a lot of hard work and following and implementing the systems. The first year we grew by 28% and each conference we would choose 3 things to accomplish by the next conference. Fast forward to 2019 and in 10 years we have been able to grow our business by 2789% with Gross Commissions just shy of $10,000,000 and 750 families served. The coaches and other coaching members you associate with become like family and we have the opportunity to mastermind with the best in the business. We are always learning and growing and Craig Proctor and Todd Walters care about the success of their coaching members and work hard to keep things relevant to the market. We are typically ahead of the curve on what is happening in Real Estate with their guidance! We are committed to continue working and growing together. If you are SERIOUS about building your business and are ready to get to work to learn the best Real Estate Sales System on the planet, look no further!! Craig and Todd we will ever be greatful for your vision to help others succeed!! read more

I have known Craig Proctor personally for 18+ years. I can tell you for a fact - He is the REAL DEAL. Respected Businessman, Respected Family Man and quite frankly, the No #1 Real Estate Coach/Trainer/Mentor on the planet. His background? Craig was RE/MAX's top agent worldwide for most of his 22-year career in real estate. Not only has he made millions and millions of dollars selling real estate, but Craig has also enjoyed enormous success establishing, leveraging, and sharing his highly profitable real estate sales team concept. The truth is - Craig Proctor has created more millionaire real estate agents than any other coach in history. Members of Craig Proctor's Platinum Program make upwards of $750,000 each year (with many making well over 1 Million annually) The suggestion that Craig's members (PROCTOR NATION) get compensated for their endorsements is ludicrous. Craig Proctor members are simply grateful to their coach and mentor for helping them achieve their Hearts Desire - And are more than happy to tell the world about it. Craig Proctor's detractors most certainly have a few things in common: 1) They have never actually worked with Craig. 2) They are destined to remain part of the 99% category of agents that make less than $100,00 a year selling real estate. Does Craig give away all his secrets for free? NO. However, successful people like Craig Proctor will share with you details about their business, but you must expect to pay for it. Don't think in terms of what it costs, think ROI. Bottom line - If you are a real estate agent that "has to" make a living for you and your family selling real estate, trust me - You want Craig Proctor in your corner. Sincerely, Matt Cooper, Broker - Proud Craig Proctor Titanium Member. read more

Before CP coaching, 1- I worked from my home office by myself, had no agents in my team. 2- I was in real estate for about 23 years without a system, closing about 20 to 28 properties per year. 3- Zero presence on line. Zero leads from on line. Zero reviews. 4- All my closings were referrals and past clients. After joining CP coaching, I started about end of November, 2012, 1- I opened my office and now, my team consist of about 20 team members and several agents making over six figure income from office leads. We put strong team Core Values (Integrity, Dependability and Respect). 2- Closing about 130 properties per year. Making more money per transaction. 3- Dominating on line presence in my area including Zillow, realtors.com and Google. As of now, my team is #1 in Zillow in Glendale for Reviews, Closings and listings. Our team has 271 five star reviews in Zillow and got about 3500 Zillow leads YTD. 4- Our Closings about 25% from referrals and past clients, the rest of the closings are from reverse prospecting (no cold calling or door knocking). We get about 550 to 600 new leads every month and our ISA's (inside sales agents) set appointments 7 days a week for our OSA (outside sales agents). I am still asking a lot of questions to CP coaching top members, working hard in changing more lives, improving my team's income and the office income. Invested a lot of money, wasted a lot of money and made a lot money. I am still learning from my failures, learning how to implement many items in the system including solving clients, and team issues. I am truly blessed to know Craig Proctor, Todd Walters, Lester Cox and the CP top producer members. read more

It was my best business decision I made - when joined Craig Proctor Coaching. I started the program in 2016 and my Real Estate business was in big trouble.... Once joined the coaching I started to implement the system and saw immediate results. My business wend from below average to blooming!! In April 2019 I received Quantum Leap Award, sine I was able to more then double my sales every year! Currently I have a Team of 7 realtors, 2 full time sales people 2 admin and also marketing director. I was recognized in December 2020 one of Canada's Top Teams and #1 in my own brokerage among 434 realtors! This is ONLY because of Craig Proctor systems... I saw a few negative reviews here. I think I know why. This program requires great discipline, strong working etique and you need to go ALL IN. It's not for lazy agent who thinks the Real Estate is a side money business. But if you can set your goals, and have open mind to learn and willing to work - this program is the only way to go. No one said it's easy. No one promised here any "magic". But if you have a self respect, and you striving to succeed and if you looking to help others with all you heart - join Craig Proctor family. The biggest thing here is - sharing. In fact Craig almost insist to use his materials. He says "if you can copy/paste, you can do it". If you still hesitate, maybe Real Estate is not for you. If you open to learn, work hard and enjoy your great results - this is the place. Thank you Craig for your help and all your hard work you put in training and coaching and helping realtors across North America. I'm blessed to be a prat of this organization. Thank you read more

Just noticed a review from Lee kind of warning about a lot of favorable reviews coming out on the same day. Being a Proctor loyalist, I saw a somewhat negative review and responded and in turn, I asked a few others in the program to do likewise. And these are only a few of the thousand plus agents I personally know who have successfully implemented Craig's system and exploded their business. I must disagree with Lee, it is not stuck in the 90's and if she were to attend a conference, she would know that. We did not do Google ad words in the 90's, we did not do facebook or any other social media in the 90's. What Lee is basing her opinion on is a book explaining the principles of Craig Proctor system, which is very much evergreen. The principles continue to work as they did 15 years ago when I started. The program that is taught live is updated on a regular basis. And Craig's program is not simply about lead generation. It's a total system, just like a McDonald's franchise. There is a system you put in place to run your business. There are always naysayers for every program, but I can assure you that every one of these reviews which are positive are from real people who are members of the Craig Proctor system and doing awesome business as a result of his teachings. If anyone would like to speak to a few members personally, I would be happy to furnish you with a list of names and phone numbers and you can call and speak to them personally. By the way, just google a few of the names, you'll find good information just from that. Email me for a list, lester@lestercox.com. read more

Six years ago I was at a very important point in my real estate career. I had grown our business to about 400k in GCI, but was plateauing, and didnt know what to do. I knew I needed a coach. I started researching different coaching programs. I looked at them ALL. I kept coming back to Craig Proctor because he had been DOING this business at a high level, and when I asked other coaching programs if they had done it at a high level, the answer was always no. I also looked at all the top teams in the country and they had Craig Proctors principles in their businesses, so I knew I had found where I wanted to be. I joined in on the mastery level, and then two years level joined platinum, then two years ago I joined Titanium (highest level mastermind). Throughout this period my business has grown so much, that I honestly cant believe it. This year we will do 3 million in GCI, which is just amazing! On top of that, because of Craig, I have also learned how to do this at a high level AND have a personal life. In the last three years, I have had two babies, and our business is grown, even though I was able to take some time off with my girls. He has helped me build a team where I am giving back to our industry by providing awesome careers for staff people and other agents, and at the same time having balance. I truly believe that without Craig and Todd (my coach), this would not have happened, an I will forever be grateful for the lives that they changed through me being part of their coaching program!! I HIGHLY recommend it!!! read more

Practicing real estate since 1998, I have been a member of the CP organization since 2015. I can honestly say that coaching with Craig Proctor has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. My business doubled the 2nd year, then growing more and more every year, thanks to the systems, creative marketing ideas and accountability you get from the coaching and the seminars offers. The piece of advice I can give (this is what I did) is to attend every event like the Super Conferences and spend the majority of the lunches talking to as many coaches as possible. The weekly coaching webinars success is up to you. You will be aligned with a skilled, caring coach who is trained by CP and committed to supporting your goals. YOU must be coachable, suit up, show up and do everything your coach tells you to do even if you don't feel like it. These coaches are successful professionals who only coach because their heart is to give back and share their knowledge. Always focused on the positive! Every great leader has a coach, thank you Craig Proctor, Todd Walters, Frank De Marinis & CP family for helping me continue to learn & grow to become a better leader and person. The only type of person that I could think of that would say anything negative about Craig Proctor's Millionaire Agent Making System, would be if there getting crushed from those that learn from him. I'm increasing my team and converting leads faster than I ever could have asked for. My only problem is being too busy, and having too many well-qualified people to work with. I have 8092 leads in my system right now, (see picture). Using and mastering the universal call back script has allowed me to be able to sift, sort and only work with the most qualified ready now business possible. I now have the ability to get everyone I talk to on the phone into the office and there begging me to work with them. They pay me a retainer for my services now, what a blessing Craig is the truth and the only way you couldn't make money is if you don't do what is recommended. But Hey, Please don't apply it in my marketplace so I don't have any competition, J/K lol. There's more than enough money out there for those that run their business the right way. Thx so much Craig, Your Awesome. Looking forward to continuing to learn from you and I Hope one day, thank you in person, for how you've helped me grow my business P.S it should say something how busy I am but yet still took the time out to give this yelp review because I'm so appreciative. We were looking for a coach back in February 2015 and stumbled on Craig Proctor, that day changed our lives, we add 50% to our income during 2015 as we only really got fully into the system in July. This year in this first 6 months, we have earned more than we did all year last year already by the end of June 2016 and have started to build a very happy team too , giving other agents the opportunity to earn 6 figure incomes. This system ONLY works if you copy what they tell you to do , those that fail seem to insist on adding their own style , not working with their coach, not attending conferences , bootcamps or reading all the unbelievable materials to copy, YES copy and YES it is hardwork to get it all rolling, not for the faint hearted, but if something is worth having you generally have to put a bit of grunt into it, money doesn't grow on trees. In addition to all the amazing coaching we have an amazing new group of friends spread across the USA and Canada, all willing to share how they were successful with us and help us be just as successful , all thanks to Craig Proctor, the master of training and also a really nice guy, he attends ALL conference and never sends a stand in. Thank you Craig Proctor you are changing our lives and our family and our team. read more

I started Real Estate as a second career and was looking to short cut my learning curve. I had been aware of Craig Proctor from my previous business so I went to a free half day seminar to see the f it was the real deal. Most "Gurus" are selling yesterday's secrets- not only does Craig have the credibility of being a top producing agent for years- he continues to teach his system to new agents that produce quantum leap results! The most impressive aspect of the program is that you get access to Craig himself every week! He honestly cares about your success. I'm not the fastest implementer but due to Craig's coaching and system I have earned more money on every transaction. $6000 more on listings and $3600 on buyer transactions. That's $60,000 extra dollars for the same 10 transactions and $36,000 extra for 10 buyer sides! That's almost $100,000 EXTRA INCOME from the same transactions. I've read all the reviews. As a successful Craig Proctor member since 2007, the poor reviews seen here must have come from "less motivated" or "negative attitude" persons. Life is what you make it--and so is the real estate business. I've climbed the ladder within this program. With full dedication to the program, I can close more than 1000 homes a year, hands-down, no questions asked. We have members that are doing it. WHY have they not left the program? Because they SHARE and IMPLEMENT. When you buy into coaching and the higher Platinum and Titanium levels, you aren't just buying into coaching...you are buying a FRANCHISE model. There's SO much material--you'll never see it all....you don't have that much time, seriously. It's a website packed with everything you'll ever need to sell hundreds--or THOUSANDS of homes. We have members DOING IT NOW. Meet them and listen to their success stories. REMEMBER---even James Harden, Russell Westbrook, Lebron James and Jimmy Butler each have COACHES. Think about it. read more
