When he was finished, we paid him for the job only to realize within a few days that we had more water at the end of the driveway then before he started. He guaranteed us he would come back and fix it. It has now been six months. We have contacted him numerous times, saying that he will fix it, but he has never come back. He used our Mayor in our small town as a reference and said he did work for our town. Beware of him and his company, he will take the money and run.

The price was very reasonable and once Ricardo gave me a price he stuck to it. My neighborhood Facebook page was raving about Exclusive Sealcoating so I gave them a call back at…read morethe end of July. He sent me an invoice for the quoted amount of work and I paid it. I followed up with him about a week later having not heard anything about my payment or scheduling. By August 15, he finally responded to me to tell me that he was, "on a big job doing an apartment complex and that he would take care of mine the following week." That is the last I've heard from him and I've reached out countless times via voicemail and text message asking for a refund or a scheduled appointment. Now I'm out $400 and he's not responding to me. I'm an idiot for trusting this company and the reviews, and paying the invoice for quoted work. Such a shame that businesses like this could operate in such a way. We will be following up legally if we do not receive our refund. Do the right thing.
