So today, 9/18, I went on my lunch break to Crafty Crab and got a half-pound of shrimp with a Pepsi. I came back to work, got busy, and later took a sip of my drink. The Pepsi tasted really flat, so I poured it out in the sink and THIS is what came out of the drink. I am beyond disgusted right now. I honestly feel like I could vomit. I'm a sucker for a good seafood boil bag and crafty crab does it right! The flavor is undeniable and I'm willing to say some of the best out of all the restaurants. I really enjoy this place for their amazing seafood boils! On this visit, I decided to switch things up a bit. I went for steamed oysters, 6 piece lemon pepper wings, and a catfish basket. My family chose a variety of different dishes too! The wings were pretty good, but I think I might skip the oysters and fish next time, as they didn't taste as fresh as I hoped. Service and meal were exactly what we expected. Mild was not spicy it was mild. Our server Trent was absolutely awesome. He was able to answer all questions and make great recommendations. The meal was delicious. If you like crab boils, this is one of the good places. I gave it a 4 star because I expected mild to have just a little kick and there was none. JAZ was our Waitress and she was excellent! The food was so delicious. Barbara had half lb. of crab legs. I had one of the specials of the night: crab legs, sausage, shrimp, potatoes, and corn on the cob. We had three sides, Cole slaw, onion rings, and hush puppies. BAM! It was delicious. I had some kind of blue drink- the name escapes me right now and Barb has a glass of white wine. I would definitely come back and highly recommended this place. A DEE JAY just set up a few minutes before we left. The decor: was way too cool. It's hard to believe that this place is a chain restaurant. I can't wait until me next visit. Found this place while shopping at the Regency area. It seems small but easy to see from main road. The outside looks new. The inside is well put together. You will be seated when you walk in the door. We were seated almost immediately. Our server got our drink order in almost as fast. The prices are what you expect for a restaurant that specializes on crabs. The menu does have average priced other options. The music playing was relaxing r & b or old hip hop. That was a nice change. The food had a nice taste. The portion size was a bit smaller than expected. They do offer a military discount. They have a digital jukebox on the wall. I did ask for them to change the station or turn the music down because I have children and they were even saying how bad the music was. My first time trying Crafty Crab's seafood boil in a bag left me pleasantly surprised! I had the Dungeness crab, corn, potato and eggs with the Boom (Mix 'em all) seasoning choice and Fire spice level. The flavor, price and degree of freshness leads me to rate this establishment outstanding and better than delectable. This first impression has definitely made it my go to in comparison to others in the same restaurant category now. It's flavored to perfection and options are extensive. So second time coming for the shrimp. Amazing! What lacked was customer service. At 615 after being here for an hour we get handed our check. We were still drinking. We didn't ask for a check. I am also a bartender being in the industry for over 15 years. She tells me as a manager she has to give us a check Because she has a party of 11 coming. And only 2-3 tables here. You never try to get a paying customer to go home just because a party of 11 are coming in. Extremely disappointed. read more

This is a place that either you live it or hate it. I happen to love it. I always order oysters with the boom sauce and wings. It is my favorite meal there. The service pretty good which sometimes can be hit or miss. There I always parking in front of the building that is available. I have never been to the restroom to see if they are clean.
