You get the same workers doing a specific job It was a pleasure working with Shelly. From begining to end, she communicated step-by-step what was being doddne and when. Any questions/concerns were handled immediately, was always available. Chuck was our foreman, he is the most knowledgeable, crafted and has the most patience (trust me, I drove him nuts!). He was on the job each day with workers to be sure everything was being done correctly. He also made a new cabinet for me that I designed on paper and he made it beyond my expectation! He offered suggestions and advised the do's & don't each step of the way. Never had to worry about cleaning up each day as all the workers never left a mess! From demo, to completion things could not have been better. Everything flowed according to schedule! One importsant thing to remember, once everything has been measured, ordered and delivered, any changes you may make will add time to the schedule so don't complain if the work goes behind your completion date, do your homework before!

I knew I'd called him during a busy time, but he made time to come out and check the damage: we were both glad that he did, because the door assembly is ancient, and really odd. It made more sense for him to repair it where it was, rather than try to take down the screen door. We set up a time for him to come back a day or so later, and he and his assistant did a great job.
