We were made aware it would be a while before they could get out due to other obligations. We were fine with that. The roof was cleaned November 2024, and they did a good job. Come March 2025 we had a leak. It took quite a while to get them out for a fix. Come holiday time 2025 the leak which had been fixed was back, so we called. The person we spoke to said they weren't sure if someone could come out that day. We waited three weeks while water was coming into our living room every time it rained for a call back. We had to hire another roofing company to fix the leak. They fixed it in three days. We still have to fix the water damage. Then we got a text in January 2026 asking if we still needed to have someone fix our leak....seriously?!

I offered to pay him 250% of the amount he quoted. I don't know what the problem is but he would never set an appointment to get the job done. Numerous times I asked should I contact another vendor with no response given. Its been 15+ days since I originally contacted Peterson NW with no action taken by Bryan after the initial visit to the site. My suggestion is to pass on this company given the lack of courtesy shown in a lack of response and commitment to action.

She scheduled an onsite consultation with me immediately, and made the super far out drive to our home on a last minute notice. This stood out to me and I felt so taken care of just from this initial meeting. Cheyenne and her team went above and beyond for us in a remarkably short window of time. Facing a tight deadline, they delivered incredible results across multiple major projects, including a brand-new deck, interior and exterior painting, siding replacement, and rebuilding a garage ceiling that had been destroyed by rodents. They also cleared away a massive amount of overgrown vegetation that had crept into our siding. Throughout it all, Cheyenne ensured every job was done the correct way - she never cut any corners, and the quality of the craftsmanship shines through. Her communication was outstanding, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. Finding such fair pricing for this level of top-tier quality is rare. We are so thankful for everything Cheyenne and her team did for us. Thank you!

I spent hours shopping around at Home Depot and lowes but nobody at either store was at all helpful any of the times I went in and I decided to see what was available locally. First place I went was Christiansen's, a local furniture store that also has flooring and whatnot. The man who works there brushed me off and told me to go to factory flooring direct in Tacoma or something like that. Somewhere cheaper, I'm assuming. Ouch. He didn't even know my budget... he was helpful, just not interested in taking my money I guess? When I got to The Showroom, I was so emotionally drained and feeling hopeless, and Libby was immediately so helpful. I explained my issues and long story short, I've got beautiful floors and I promise you will NOT find better service. Ever.
