When I contacted Abra to discuss it, I got the very distinct impression that they thought I was trying to pull a fast one. So I called insurance company and talked to them about it, they called Abra to talk about it. Abra was a little more responsive after that, and made me an appointment to come in to bring my truck. Given that I live a considerable distance away from their location, I'm had an appointment for several weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment they were not open. I have left a message, but I've not received a call yet. I'm hoping that they have a reasonable explanation and apologies for making me drive 120 miles round-trip to visit their location on a day that they were not open for an appointment that they made. Super helpful & courteous and also told me how I could save. Estimate was ~$1.2k. My second estimate came from Ron Peiper which was $3.3k. Third estimate was Prestige who was over $4k. Took it to Costa at Sioux Body Shop on New Years Eve & he said it would be done in ~1 week. It was done early, it was done for LESS than the estimate, and most importantly...it was quality work. Highly recommend and now have my 'go to' body shop. Great job!
