We talked for 3 hours while she tattooed one of her flashes on my right shin and it was all around pleasant getting to know her. She is so sweet, professional and such a joy to be around. She really took the time to get the placement to my liking, and I'm very happy to have her original work on me. It is so beautiful!!! I love the vibe of the shop as well; very clean, artsy, spacey, and comfortable. They have multiple artists here and everyone is so nice. They have T-shirts, original art pieces among other things for sale too. :) Definitely will return in the future!

She is very sweet and fun to talk to, and really did a terrific job. I am super happy with the tattoo.

Tracy at the front desk was super helpful with check in and my questions about jewelry and what not. My one feedback and note would be to mention that visitors do have the option to "try-on" jewelry if they are torn between sizes or colors of jewelry because I think some newcomers wouldn't be aware they could do that if it's not mentioned. My friend asked to try a couple of jewel sizes and that was really helpful with decision making. (By try-on, you are just holding the jewelry piece up to yourself and checking yourself out in the mirror :P ) They offer titanium and gold jewelry here. Many beautiful pieces. They also sell saline spray (for $15 if I remember correctly) which I picked up since I was traveling and will be traveling again. Lacy pierced me and she was soooo amazing! She was really through with her explanations and I felt very comfortable with her. Everything went so smoothly and it was mostly painless - only a pinch in the process but no discomfort after the jewelry was already in. My friends and I left with super cute nostril piercings! Highly recommend this studio. Very grateful and happy with the experience here.

I had to wait a year to get my appointment because of how talented Bryan Ramirez is. I walked in, very hyped up, with a tiny 3x4 old ID picture of my father. Bryan treated the image on his computer, expanded it, and kept in touch throughout the process. After a few visits, he carefully listened to my project vision, embraced it, and, most importantly, provided real feedback about size, positioning, and expectations. I have a few other tattoos from multiple artists, and I can confidently say the level of service and quality here is top notch. The previous artists weren't even close to this level of skill. The day I showed up for my session, I felt heard and taken care of. Bryan paused whenever I communicated that I needed a break, and the project was finished in a few hours. His attention to detail is incomparable. If you're searching for an experienced, skilled, detail-oriented tattoo artist, look no further. Contact Reservoir Tattoo Studio and speak with Bryan Ramirez, though I'm sure any artist linked to this studio is just as talented and professional. Can't wait to return for a future session. Gratitude.

She was so kind and professional the entire time, made sure I was comfortable, and the piercing itself was done painlessly! When I mentioned wanting to possibly switch to a hoop one day, she went back to make sure the piercing spot was perfect for my future plans. Also, when I mentioned that I was a little dizzy post-piercing [my fault for not having eaten anything], she immediately had a capri sun in my hand, and made sure I was completely fine before leaving. All in all I could not have asked for a better experience, and will definitely be going back for future piercings!

My husband and I got matching tattoos here and for the tattoo itself it's 3 stars. Today, it has been 3 days since we got the tattoo and although the tattoo itself is small, has fine lines, and is on the wrist, it appears as if it has a smear/smudge on one of the corners on both tattoos. This isn't my first tattoo, and my husband and I have been following the after care and have been careful. It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. I will update this review once the tattoos heal completely.

I decided to get a runner with an ekg as I thought it was fitting for me. I wanted something small for my first tattoo and easily to keep hidden from my mom (sorry mom). He asked me to send him a picture of what I wanted and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 11am. Once Monday came I walked over and signed the consent form. He then printed out the tattoo and placed the outline on my chest and asked me if it was where I wanted it. Being a tattoo noob I trusted his judgement. After letting the outline dry I laid down and he began working on the piece. He said since it was a small tattoo and mainly lines there shouldn't be much pain and the healing process wouldn't be as long. It took about 30 mins to finish up the tattoo and the quality came out amazing. There was no pain at all and he went over the aftercare as well.
