He runs a small photography business out of his home in Frederick, but has an incredible high tech photography studio in his basement. Not only did he take the time to take the right pictures correctly, he brought two assistants to help him out and maximize the amount of pictures we got for my wedding. I originally decided upon him (Brian McEntire the owner) when I was looking for photographers local to me (Frederick) for my wedding. We met with him and what a sweetie! Very laid back yet professional, completely willing to cater to my needs and wants. Our first meeting I could tell he was already going to go above and beyond. We bought the basic coverage plan but this came with a second photographer, and it was a lot cheaper than other places I'd priced that only provided one photographer. He communicates very well, if I had an idea or plans changed and I e-mailed him, he would get back to me almost immediately and address the issue. As for the day of, un-intrusive yet still managed to capture brilliant, beautiful and interesting images of the day. He had to work with a three and a half year old flower girl with boundless energy and managed to get great shots of her, and she was even smiling in them! To me this was especially impressive, it's not everyone who is able to sense that millisecond where everything is going to come together and look good AND capture it. That's artistry and instinct, which he has. The second photographer was amazing too as it allowed them to capture the same moment but at completely different angles. They also worked well with the videographer. He got the photographs online around three weeks after the wedding and the CD of them is coming soon as well After seeing the photos I could not be more pleased. He also does not pressure you into buying an album or even prints with him. You pay him for the services rendered the day of and if you like you can get prints and albums from him but it is a choice, not a mandatory part of the package. In a nutshell these photographers are respectful, thorough, fun and have an excellent artistic eye and equipment. Professional at a bargain price. I'm not sure if I'll ever need another photographer but if I do I know where to go!

Her personality and attitude were wonderful to be around especially on the big day. My husband and I did a first look with Tamara, her second photographer Mel, and our videographer. This was one of the best times of my whole day. The first look was such a special moment for us and they all really made it just that much better. The second photographer at our wedding, Mel, was also so awesome! My husband said that when she was taking photos of the guys, they all felt so weird and awkward at first, but Mel quickly helped them feel good and confident and not awkward at all. She just had a really good personality and was on par with the compliments :)

Jeff played great music, got the crowd interacting and everyone out of their seats. He was such a joy to work with from the beginning to end. We scheduled a call a month out to work through our timeline and iron out any details, and he is EXTREMELY detailed! It took the stress out of worrying that the music and introductions would be right. He has a great song list; his website is a huge asset in helping to think of songs for certain parts of the wedding. His knowledge and experience make him the BEST choice. We had an hour and a half phone conversation a few weeks before the wedding where they made sure to have all of our favorite music for each part of the ceremony and reception, and even ensured they had the correct pronunciation of our wedding party for announcements! They've been in the business for a while and it clearly shows. They made sure to adhere to our "do not play" list and also took requests from guests. The sound was clear, volume was just right, and everyone had a fantastic time on the dance floor! I particularly appreciated how flexible they were with us throughout the day. Our photos were taking a little longer than expected so we had to push the timeline up a bit, and they didn't mind at all. Amy was so sweet and made sure to find my husband and me whenever it was time for certain things on the timeline, such as the first dance and cake cutting - she did so without being pushy or interrupting conversations we may have been having with guests. My main concern was that photographers only post their best work, what if they didn't capture those great pictures for my wedding--I tend to over worry about these things. Anyway, we scheduled a meeting with Jenna and she was professional and answered all of our questions. Fast forward to our wedding day, she was prompt and easy to work with. She gave enough direction but still listened to my requests. We haven't received the full set of photos back yet, but I was excited that she was quick to post a sneak peak of our pictures. She recently relocated to Hawaii from Texas and from her portfolio, you can see that she dove right into photographing weddings in one of the most perfect locations possible.
