Great work, very reasonable price, and friendly, professional service. Highly recommended. Peace of mind before we finished our basement.

We did a fair amount of internet research on the various suggested solutions and on the companies we had heard from. We selected Permajack of St. Louis both because we decided that their solution and methods seemed preferable and because their bid was reasonable ... not the lowest but not outlandish. Everything about dealing with them was professional. Calls were returned promptly. Questions answered quickly. The project was completed as promised and on time. The crew was respectful of our home and property and did everything they could to mitigate the noise and inconvenience. They even went so far as to hook up the washer and dryer when they were done, without being asked, after we expressed some concern about being able to use them while the cement cured. When the crew left, the work area was spotless and the whole process had been much less painful than we expected. I would absolutely recommend Permajack of St. Louis.

Their teams did an excellent job not only on my basement, but you couldn't even tell that they had to dig large holes in my front yard to anchor my foundation wall. The lawn was repaired so well I could barely tell where they dug. All of their staff were professional, on time, and cleaned up when the job was complete. We are very happy with their work.

We have had a wet basement since we moved into our new built house 12 years ago…read more The last rain storm produced approximately 25 gallons of water sucked up by my wet/dry vac. We called Foundation Recovery and luckily were put in contact with Michael Drebes who took care of us with a complete waterproof System. We had Ricky and crew working on the system install and they did a fantastic job of getting it done. Last night we had our first heavy rain and our basement is dry as a bone for the first time in 12 years. A big THANK YOU to Foundation Recovery for taking such good care of our situation. While nothing about French drains or foundation repair is fun, exciting or cheap; we knew we had to get some of this work done to our home due to some minor flooding/cracks in the foundation. After doing some research and asking for bids, we decided to work with FRS since we knew they would do a thorough job and offer a nice warranty for their work. Not to mention how everyone we worked with was super helpful and friendly and they explained lots of things to us in ways that we could understand. When you are going to spend $$$ on something as massive as a french drain and foundation repair, you really want to make sure you have some of the best people to work with and FRS was it for us. Earlier this week, we had Dylan and Sam out at the house so they could work on the side to help us with drainage and repairing the foundation. I really have no idea how this is done, but they managed to do it in just under 3 days and took great care of the yard and our neighbors yard while they were working so they did not make a mess or damage anything. Knowing that these giant house repairs have been completed, I know that our house will be taken care of we won't be experiencing any more damage. I know they will come out again in the future to just check in to make sure everything is still working correctly and I feel secure knowing they will take care of anything thanks to the warranty they offer on their work.

I hired Adams to install 6 foundation stabilizing piers…read more Over all I thought the crew and staff were kind and prompt. I had also used Adams months earlier for interior foundation crack repair unrelated to this piering job. I was very satisfied with that work. 1. Make sure that piers aren't relocated without approval of their foundation engineer. One of my piers was to be installed under my gas meter. The crew understandably did not want to dig there. We had the pier moved and an extra pier installed from the basement interior (behind the gas meter). An unexpected but necessary extra expense. 2. If your sewer line exists near where the piers are being installed, the Adam's crew may not expose it during their excavation. The utilities marked where the water line entered the foundation, but we only knew that the sewer line was nearby within +/- 4 feet. I paid a licensed plumber to come and locate the sewer line and moved one pier a little to make sure it did not cause any  damage. Another unexpected expense, but worth the peace of mind. 3. The building permit will probably have attached installation instructions from the piering manufacturer. They will define recommended pier spacing, foundation preparation and grouting requirements. Interesting reading for you DIY enthusiasts.
