Charlie reached out to me, I told him my son needed a very large but dead tree to be cut down and the stump to be grinded out. He came out later that day, was very polite, respectful (I only say that as most men doing business with women, are not), he looked over the tree, we negotiated a fair price (with my son on the phone) and he said I would be his last job the following day & he would text me when they were on the way. On Wednesday, I got a text around 3pm, his crew arrived and then Charlie arrived and everyone got to work. It was completely amazing how quickly his crew got this large, dead tree down, loaded in their trailer, they cleaned up the mess and were gone in about 50minutes. Despite that, the owner assumed I only wanted the exterior treated, which makes no sense for preventative service. No professional would reasonably think the outside alone solves flea problems. When I brought up the issue after fleas appeared inside, instead of taking responsibility, he became defensive, denied what was agreed upon, and eventually refused to service my home further. His messages were dismissive and unprofessional, showing zero accountability. A preventative treatment is meant to cover both interior and exterior for a property of this size, not just half the job. If you want reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere.

They had to come back and put in the right bush because they installed the wrong bush they had to come back dig out the old mulch around my trees because the first time they just threw in the new mulch right on top and I know for a fact they did not remove all the fabric around my flowerbeds they just put new fabric down and threw new mulch on top. My quote was to remove and haul off every bit of the old stuff. I'm sorry I don't like to make complaints like this but I will not recommend these people and I will not ever call them to come back.

I could have spent hours wondering around. The outdoor space is huge and set up with pathways. There were so many surprises throughout not only with their unique statues and sculptures but there was a cage with a giant live peacock who actually spread his tail feathers out while we were watching him. It was incredible! If you're looking for garden statues, you will find something you love. They have everything from animals, gnomes, dinosaurs, aliens, flowers and all types of things. They have benches, gliders and swings that are extremely sturdy made out of hardwood. Very high quality. There is every size planter you can image. They even had wood burning stoves! The plants and trees were fantastic! They had such reasonable prices on trees. We purchased 4 trees 5 years ago from a nursery in Dallas and the trees at Roland's were bigger and at the 2021 price we paid back in the day! You can tell the employees love what they do and rally care about taking care of the plants. Everyone seemed happy and asked us several times if we needed help. As the years have gone by greed sets in and what's best for the customer (service, quality of products & loyalty) is no longer the motto. Very disappointing to see it come to this, but unfortunately, I will need to start purchasing my landscaping needs elsewhere.
