I was also required to travel to the Orange Park office instead of a closer location. Shortly after my initial consultation, I was informed that the attorney assigned to my case was no longer with the firm. I was then reassigned, but meetings were repeatedly rescheduled, including one that was changed the day before it was supposed to occur. The constant turnover, scheduling issues, and lack of preparation gave me very little confidence in the representation I was paying for. When I attempted to resolve the issue and request a refund, I felt dismissed rather than helped.
