If you are contemplating on getting your Real Estate license, you absolutely must give Magnolia…read moreSchool of Real Estate School a go! Michelle Earley is one of the best teachers I have met. I interviewed many of the schools in town and asked, "What makes you unique from the other schools?"For many it was pretty much the same mundane answer. "We have been around a long time." For many people that answer would be good enough but for me I needed to be part of a school that got excited about teaching even if it's a short course. I was not looking to be just another number in their book.My continued research lead me to Magnolia School of Real Estate . I spoke with Michelle on the phone and she invited me to meet in person (she drove all the way to Sarasota from port Charlotte) I was immediately struck by her down to earth , humble and warm demeanour. She patiently explained the class curriculum ,test dates, the schedule and what it would take to pass the exams. (It does require studying ) At the end of our conversation I asked her the same question, "What makes you unique?" here was her answer paraphrased." I love my job!!! I am passionate about helping each student succeed and pass the test so they may have the opportunity to find a career and financial freedom to take care of themselves and family." Seriously who says that ? I signed up that same day. In the classroom Michelle is energetic engaging, passionate and funny. She spends time with each student encouraging and providing any support they may need to feel comfortable about the material being taught. She fosters an environment that allows each student to connect with each other , to form study groups and feel confident in their ability to pass the test. I can now see why she has a very high pass rate in all her classes! Michelle is some kind of wonderful, a gift to all who passes through her door. If you are still wavering after reading the reviews on who to take your class with, just pick up the phone, talk to Michelle you will see exactly what I am talking about!

I passed the state exam on my first attempt, and I truly credit this course for that success. Michelle has a gift for teaching adults and keeps you engaged from start to finish. The material is presented in a way that really sticks. I completed all the practice exams, reviewed areas where I needed extra help, and felt fully prepared going into the exam. I also loved that the course was self-paced. From purchase to exam, it took me around two weeks. Corena, who is a phone call or email away if you have questions is wonderful and responsive. Overall, a fantastic experience. If you're looking for the right school, in my opinion, this is it!

Gulf Coast CDL Training -- Englewood, FL Life-Changing…read moreDoesn't Even Begin to Cover It I came to Gulf Coast CDL Training with absolutely zero experience -- not even sure I belonged there -- and I left with my CDL, a new career, and honestly, a new family. That is not something I ever expected to say about a truck driving school, but that's exactly the kind of place this is. Konstantin here is unlike anyone I have ever met! The time, the dedication, and the personal sacrifice he pours into his students every single day is something that truly deserves to be recognized. He shows up early. He stays late. He gives up weekends -- his own personal time -- because he genuinely cares about every single person who walks through that door. You can feel it. It's not just a job to him. It's a calling. And because of that, it changes everything about the experience. I'll be honest -- those early mornings and long afternoons were no joke. The weekends were tough. But there was something special that happened in all of that time we put in together. The students around me became brothers and sisters. We pushed each other, laughed together, struggled together, and cheered each other on every step of the way. The bond that formed in that training environment is something I will carry with me for the rest of my career. That kind of camaraderie doesn't just happen by accident -- it's a direct reflection of the atmosphere the instructor creates each and every day. For someone with no background in commercial driving whatsoever, I was nervous walking in. But from day one, he and every student there made me feel completely welcome and capable. There was never a moment where I felt like I was behind or out of place. He meets you where you are, builds you up, and doesn't let you quit on yourself. I genuinely cannot imagine having gone anywhere else. He feels like family now -- and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. My family and I are forever grateful for everything he has done. He didn't just teach me how to drive a truck. He changed my life. He changed our lives. Thank you. Truly. From all of us -- thank you.
