The trapeze artists would glide through the air so gracefully and made it look almost effortless. Over 2 decades later, I found out just how much strength, skill and endurance it takes to fly on the trapeze at the Flying Trapeze Academy. I was lucky enough to have Tito Gaona himself instruct me along with his wife, Renata. She was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole session which was great considering I am somewhat afraid of heights. Tito is an amazing teacher, he knows exactly what you need to do and when so if you listen closely to his instructions you'll be flying in no time. This experience with Tito and his team, without a doubt, ranks up there as one of the most amazing experiences of my life! If you have ever wanted to fly on the trapeze visit Tito and his team you wont be disappointed! I know I will definitely be visiting again next time I am in Florida!

I joined in on sessions while home for the holidays and enjoyed her programing. She incorporates a lot of different tools into each sessions. One day we were on the bosu ball and TRX . . . Another day with bands and medicine balls. Deb also helped me identify a problem in my shoulder --- it was clicking and bothering me when I ran -- so she gave me a few exercises/stretches to do at home. I was pretty religious about doing them everyday and now am click and pain free with better posture. She also specializes in triathlon training and kid programming.
