We had no choice but to take it and the driver said to talk to the owner after the wedding. The A/C on the bus was not working. It was 90 degrees outside on that day and inside the bus felt like it was 110 degrees. 2 members of the wedding party fainted. I asked for a partial refund and he did not honor it. He was rude and lacked courtesy, understanding and professionalism. They did the classic bait and switch and got away with it. Go with a different company. *Note that the company immediately responded to this Yelp review in a rude, aggressive and characteristically unprofessional way and when I called them out on it, they went back and changed the review to sound better but they still didn't do a very good job just like their limo service.
