She was very willing to teach me the basics using my machine, and she charged at a very reasonable class rate. She provided patterns and fabric. I finished making an snazzy apron yesterday!!! I love how it turned out! I feel very comfortable with using my machine and venturing out with other material types and stitches. Lately, I have been spending time after work into the late hours just to practice with some simple projects. It's addictive to make and create! I highly recommend her if you are looking to learn how to sew with the basics. She can provide a sewing machine or you can bring your own; it's your preference. She has 3 sewing machines available to learn on. She's very patient and friendly and has great ideas! The hands on instructor Sean, was able to show and teach me how to deal with certain situations, showing us troubleshooting methods, or even introducing us to stuff I might not have seen yet, but might bump into, in the future. Stage Show - Jack of Diamonds…read more An amateur stage production of a comedy. It was okay, but the actors needed better direction especially doing a farce. One character kept the script in-hand the entire show and certain scenes were clumsy, rather than funny. A farce is a very specific form of comedy, which takes acting chops to pull off. Overall, entertaining for what it was and the cost, but disappointing from a stage direction standpoint.

I enrolled in Safe Roads Driving Academy to complete my lessons, but I ran into some issues. During…read moremy lessons, I wasn't familiar with lane sensors or that they even existed. When the car started beeping, I didn't understand what it meant, and the instructor grabbed the wheel without warning or explanation. In addition, some of the staff and the instructor were rude or impatient, which added to my anxiety and made it harder to focus on learning. This made me feel anxious and unsafe, and I didn't feel comfortable continuing the program so I didnt go back. For future students, it might help if istructors explain the cars alerts and sensors beforehand, and approach students with patience, so learners aren't surprised, anxious, or stressed out during lessons.

They only have one car and driver...I tried to go and arrange driving,but guess what,no one is there..You have to make an appointment... We are still waiting to complete the program...I'm now back making calls again...I have a daughter who is trying to get her license...Unfortunately the high school here doesn't offer it...So I have to swim through all the schools and hope I can get something going.
