I have been here…read moretwice, and before my most recent visit, I called three months in advance to notify them of an insurance change. I was explicitly told they were in-network. After receiving a bill a few weeks later, I discovered they are actually out-of-network. When my insurance company called the office on my behalf to clear this up, the billing department's response was that they likely told me they "accept" the insurance, not that they were "in-network." This is a deceptive distinction that costs patients money. To make matters worse, when I questioned this, the staff member was incredibly snarky, stating they "hope patients want to be seen regardless of network status." Most people use insurance specifically to manage costs, and being dismissive of a patient's financial concerns is unprofessional. If you value clear communication and honest billing, I would look elsewhere.

Sierrah also came in midway and helped me get through my anxiety. Kasey was my first contact on the phone and helped me from get-go with making the appointment and dealing with the financial part. I highly recommend this practice.
