They delivered the new bed and assembled it as soon as it came in. I also carelessly broke one of the backs to a dining room chair a month after purchase. I called them and they got a new back from the manufacturer and they replaced it for me after it came in. Even pricing...I've seen the exact same rug at Ashley for $850 priced at $500 at Sexton. For the service and price, they just can't be beat. I'm calling again today to order another new bed from them.
