these people are rude, immature, and have no idea how customer service works!…read morei rented a storage unit online and drove over there with a trailer full of furniture. after the code wouldn't work, i called and the manager told me that they decided not to rent to me because of a previous issue i had with a completely different company. not only was she rude, she thought taunting me and acting unprofessional was the way to handle things. i could tell the ladys iq was extremely low but normal common sense should tell her that she shouldn't be talking down to people when representing a business. im sure someone in this company will reply with some kind of lie to cover up their sh*t like a cat but ive been a greenwood resident my whole life (44 years) and this company is definitely the kind that ruins a towns reputation. i found a better, more secure storage place in greenwood that actually cares and is professional. in summary, i do not recommend this company due to their unprofessionalism and lack of intelligence both in customer service and basic common sense. ps- i still haven't received a refund...

Their website is also convenient as it allows you to pay easily on-line at either the Fayetteville or Lowell locations. The grounds are well-maintained and there are cameras everywhere. I was moving 2 more things out of my unit 1 day after my payment was due. I called and asked if they would still have to charge me for the entire month and the manager said "no". I appreciate this. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing storage. No wonder they have been voted #1 in NWA!
