My phone was broken and they tried to tell me there was no way for me to buy a new phone without adding a new line. That is false! You just need to go to a real (corporate) T-Mobile Store - there is one on Carolton. This was easily the worst customer service I've ever had. I walked in and stated clearly - I need to buy a phone today, I don't need anything else. She could have just told me I needed to go to a corporate store for that issue. Instead, she made me wait there for 30 minutes, assuring me that its impossible to buy a phone without adding a new line. Obviously that is not true, people's phones break or get stolen all the time, they just buy new phones. Eventually after speaking to her manager, Jonathan, he explained they get paid on commission - no wonder she didn't want to redirect me to the right location!! Anyway once I called a family member and she spoke to real T-Mobile customer service, we realized this is a fake T-Mobile Store and that is why there are limited options. When I said that, the staff member who was supposed to help me became very nasty and rude. Extremely unprofessional. She had no sense of customer service or even human decency. I didn't have a phone to call anyone or look anything up. She basically just said I was shit out of luck. She wouldn't even give me the phone number for the real T-Mobile Store so I could call and see what time they were open until. When I asked her her name, she refused to give it to me (.... not professional at all!!!). All I can say is she had hair that was dyed bright red. Her coworkers on service were Jonathan (a manager) and Joanna, and both were equally as unhelpful as this girl with the bright red hair. Don't come here if you want a phone!!! They are no help and do not deserve your commission. I hope the manager reads this and the girl with the red hair gets fired.

I went to check status at approximately 1120 and there was message that tech could not make scheduled time and was given option to reschedule. I was able to reschedule for 4pm same day. I received text at 347 that tech was on the way. However, second tech did not show up. I went to check on status and received message that job was unable to be completed. I went back to support who said tech didn't have equipment to complete job. I wasn't given an explanation how tech was able to determine what equipment he/she needed since they never arrived. Very disappointed.

For a tech company to have such a poor appointment setting process and technology is surprising. It was probably the most confusing and inefficient scheduling experience I've had in the last 20 years. To top it off, I suspected the cable to my second router was the culprit in my internet problems (and in the end it was), they would not let him fix it. That wasn't mentioned in the service request on their website. So, out $137 to tell me something I already knew.

Despite their recommendation, we did not have any type of malware monitoring. This weekend, we were hacked with ransomware and all of our files were encrypted. Due to the proper set up of the backup, and their expertise, they were able to successfully recover all of my data. Their team is incredible. Plenty of parking during the day. The clerk suggested I go to another location that was offering free activation, which is well worth all five stars. I'm not sure if they make commission, but I am so glad he clued me in. All the stars to this clerk! The parking lot can be a bit tricky as left turns are impossible leaving the lot, so you may have to make a series of u-turns depending on where you are going after.

I did high ever feel that the set up charges they were telling me here were a much higher than what I was quoted at other locations.
